Piper/Julien/Wanderers?

A while ago, a plot popped into my head. I haven't been getting much sleep lately, so very tired, but I'll do my best to sum everything up. Sorry for the length.

Piper is definitely a complex character, mostly since she is so unpredictable to me, but she'll be interesting to RP. She is a wanderer that had a strange/horrible past. At a young age of twelve, she was raped by a man named Serge. He then took a great liking to her and "hired" her to basically do his dirty work. This dirty work basically consisted of drug-dealing, and beating the people into giving him his money. Between those events, though, there was a horrible love affair between the two, even though he was extremely abusive and much older.

There was a bit of happiness in her life, though. After the dramatic experience when she was twelve, a boy entered her life: Julien. He picked her off of the streets and took care of her and helped her become healthy again, mentally and physically, or atleast he tried. Throughout her life, when Piper was drunk or high, he did his best to help her. They were unseperable and had a complicated relationship, mostly since a huge part of her life was intertwined with Serge.

Serge, though, noticed how Julien was trying to convince Piper to seperate herself from him. He took it into his own hands to kill Julien, though Piper protected him the night he came to shoot Julien. Serge was filled with rage at her "betrayal" and turned his gun on Piper's mother to teach her a lesson. He forced Piper to watch as he shot her, and the sight scarred Piper for life. After that, Serge left, probably to escape the Peacekeepers. Piper, too, left. She took Julien with her as she ran away from all of her problems, dedicating her life to hunt down Serge.

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone would like to create Julie and roleplay him for me. I would need an average to advanced roleplayer, mostly since the relationship that will take place between the two will be difficult. If you'd like to make him, PM me and I'll give you more details.

And if you don't wish to make Julien, I would also love to roleplay with any other wanderers. She needs more contact with humans other than Julien, of course, no matter how unpredictable she is.
