Cilvia has long black hair that is usully tied up in a bun. Her skin is brown and she has beautiful green eyes. She's an average height '5,1". She is skinny.
She is very strong and athletic though and you can easily see that. Her hands are worn out because she works very hard. Her skin is nearly flawless except for a scar on her forhead. She has short fingernail and her legs are very strong. Most people consiter her very beautiful.

Personality:

Cilvia is very brave and loyal. She will never back down from a fight espicially if someone has threatened to hurt her friends or family. She is kind and loving. She does have a flaw though. Sometimes she likes to start drama which never works out for her.
Another flaw that she has would be low confidience. When times get hard she usully blames herself. Because she lives in district 7 she is very good at climbing and running. She is very quick on her feet and is always prepaired for the worst. Cilvia is also very handy with an ax,knives,and a bow and arrow.
Sadly though she can not swim. She is not that trusting but will easily forgive someone. The things she cares most about is her family and her boyfriend. She dispises the capitol. She also daydreams a lot.

History:

Cilvias parents married at a early age. Sixteen. Her mother gave birth to twins when she was 17. A boy and a girl(Cilvia). When Cilvias dad was 18 he got reaped and died.
A few years later Cilvias mother remarried and had twins again. Two girls. Cilvia is the oldest of the family(techniclly) and she feels she is responsible for her siblings. Her mother and stepfather both have jobs and work most of the time. They are usully never home but if they both didn't work her family would starve.
Cilvia has always been loved. When she was 13 she was reaped but her bestfriend quickly volenteered. Her friend died a brutal death and Cilvia has never been the same. She very over protective of her siblings and won't let anyone take them. She would die for her family.
