This Peacekeeper has a long history of popularity in career districts. A womanizer/Manizer with a superiority complex, they see the Capitol as an aging outdated institution, thinking that they would be capable of doing it better than that. The least serious, often reprimanded by the others for having a laissez faire approach to enforcing justice, and for an unabashed want to party that has resulted in a few black marks on the record. An insomniac, the Night Owl goes on patrol from the moment the sun sets until the moment it rises. Despite the trouble sleeping, they are regarded as the most genial and friendly of the group, ready to help and always with a ear to listen. In their spare time, they tinker with inventions they had first thought of as a child raised in a techie district. Probably the oldest of all of them. They have a mechanized and detached view of the world due to their upbringing in district fives power plants;seeing the people as nothing more than cogs in the great machine of the Capitol. While generally cold and unfeeling, The Doctor is prone to heightened rages when subjected to stupid people asking stupid questions. Easily the most attractive, the Spectre broke several hearts before becoming a Peacekeeper, but only for having had their heart broken a long time ago. Not all wounds leave visible scars, and their demure demeanor hides a fragile broken child that has a severe fear of the opposite gender. They crack down the hardest on criminals. happy to “interrogate” criminals in a setting where the accused cannot defend themselves. Considering life to be a joke, The comedian has been dealt with by superior officers several times for unneeded and over the top brutality. He considers himself to be quite funny, to the point of playing juvenile pranks on his co-workers, much to their chagrin. He is likely the most mentally unstable out of all of them, prone to violent acts mixed with maniacal laughter. It’s only a matter of time before he snaps and does more than bang up a perp.
Hello there! I’ve decided to try and get a plot for Peacekeepers going. I don’t know how much interest in a plot like this there would be given the low number of PK’s, but hey, that’s hy I’d like to stimulate some growth! It would work nicely with existing PK’s but I’m open to new ones being created as well. I’m not certain of PK Travelling Logistics, so I’m not entirely sure if this will be constrained to the Capitol or not. The plot would basically revolve around these men and women (Gender may be interchangeable) attempting to uncover a traitor in their midst while dealing with the normal duties of their work. The traitor would be attempting to aid a rebellion against the capitol, while keeping his/her corruption secret from the rest. Loosely based on “The Watchmen.”
