At 5'8", Dashica Starr is a tad bit taller than a fair amount of people in District 3. She enjoys this - having dominance over someone, however slight, can prove to one's advantage. For instance, you can gain promotions, be noticed more, etc. Before her firing, she tended to wear high heeled shoes, accentuating her height even further. Nowadays, she tends to wear flats - as she feels that height will not matter for her anymore, for in a way she's been blackballed.

Weight used to be of utmost importance to the girl - it still is actually. Dashica Starr is close to dangerously underweight. You see, Dash has this mental disease - before the dark days, it was known as bulimia. The name may or may not have stuck over the years, but the symptoms have; binging, then purging. She does eat a lot sometimes, but feels horrible afterward and has this large urge to simply just... release it all. Some- many in fact, would say that she's sick. But she just can't stop. She has decreased the amount of times this occurs however - sometimes, stopping cold turkey just makes things worse. However, her weight is still precariously underweight - 101 lbs. is her current weigh-in.

The skin is pale, and freckles easily against the small rays of sun that shine through District 3's smog. It also burns easily, and there are moles scattered here or there throughout her skin. The forehead is easily a victim to pimples, and it is not uncommon to see little marks on her forehead - she tends to absentmindedly scratch at the bane of her healthy skin, especially when she's stressed. There are many of these scar-like spots scattered across her forehead, creating slight discoloration on the epidermis itself.
