Ugh I'm so confuzzled. I have 2 face claims and they're both good looking women (Aly and AJ Michalka) the great debate Career district or Capitol? Any suggestions? Planning on making them at least sisters. Would be willing to consider other districts if there are good suggestions.

I voted upper District because they don't exactly seem like Capitol material, nor do they look like they belong in any other kind of District. Putting them in District One would be perfect and I highly recommend it! You should make them either cousins or sisters, as well. Good luck!
