Kaelen has short, sheer black hair, with a tint of blue in certain lightings, that curls up around her ears. She usually flares it out however. Her bangs sweep down over her face in a stylish fashion.

Her eyes are an icy blue, around which she wears a silvery makeup to bring out the ice and silver tinges in her iris. Her lips are painted norally a candy apple red.

She's slimly built, standing an average height of 5 foot 7 inches, but she often wears heals to make herself appear taller.

Her wardrobe consists of the most up to date fashion in the Capitol, as many do, though she refuses to die her skin as many do, prefuring her near albino pail skin.

Personality:

She is a very sociable person, enjoying parties and many of the casual get togethers that people often holds in the Capitol. Though, she can come off as somewhat arogant and high strung to those she does not know, which is very few.

History:

Kaelen has lived a normal high society life, her father being one of the main producers of machines in the Capitol which gave them a high state of living. Her life was simple for many years. But the social whirl suddenly collapsed when her mother died when she as 15.

This occurance got her thinking about many things, which she felt she had not done in so long. Really thought. About why things were the way they were. Was this society really fair, really constitional? All her life, they had been taught that everything was perfect, a utopia. But the Games were the exact opposite of what they Capitol preached.

Despite her disdain for the Capitol now, she keep sit bottled up, fearing becoming an avox for treason against the government.
