Gender: Female
District/Area: The Capitol
Appearance:
She's rather tall at 5'8", with a slightly muscular build.Personality:
She has long black hair, which is usually let down when she's the tavern keeper, however, when she is Blue Jay, she ties it in a low ponytail. [Will be explained below]
She has a tattoo of a symbol of her own invention tattooed on her left arm.
Over her right eye, there is a scar, and the sclera is slightly red due to the damage.

Sunny disposition, welcoming demeanour and friendly attitude. A perfect tavern keeper.History:
Beneath all that lies a cold, calculating mercenary. From her profession, and days as a wanderer, she has learned to trust no one.
Excepts are a few good friends that aide her in running the Blackbird, and provide her with news.
Jae was originally born in district 9. She also had an older brother born 6 years prior to her.Codeword: muttations
Her mother was killed on a hunt by a wild animal when Jae was 2. To manage for the family, her rather began to hunt out of bounds.
When she was 6, her father was caught and jailed by the Capitol, and cooincidentally, her brother's name was drawn during the reaping.
Her brother died during the bloodbath, and her father committed suicide while in captivity once hearing the news.
With no one willing to take her in, Jae would've died were it not for her basic hunting skills.
The Capitol did not like the idea of a child caring for herself, so they went to 'retrieve' her one day. She ran away and became a wanderer.
For several years, she survived in the wilderness. She received her scar from a wild dog. During her life as a wanderer, she covered this with an eyepatch.
She spent much of her time living the ruins of District 13 along with many other runaways and wanderers.
When she was 14, she began doing odd jobs, be it foraging, or being a messenger. This led to theft, debt collection and eventually assassination as well. She became a well known odd-job mercenary for hire known as "Blue Jay". She did any job so long as you had the money to pay for it.
As her reputation grew, so did her skills, and so did her income.
With her earnings, she purchased a shop in shadier areas of the Capitol. Normally, Capitolists wouldn't accept a wandering, ex-district resident to live in the Capitol. However, many Capitol residents had become one of her clients. Several of which were even of high position, eager to hire her to knock off anyone opposing them.
She turned the shop into a tavern which she called the Blackbird. Wherin many rest, chat, eat or just hang out. However, if you know how to ask, you can request the assistance of the Blue Jay, provided that you can pay for it.

(isn't it spelled with only one "T"?)
ARGH, I accidentally backspaced, and lost everything I typed up. So I got frustrated, so I'm not as happy with this as I was the first one. ):
Her weapon is a pair of twin daggers, each about 2 feet long. The blade and handle are about a foot long each. The handle for one acts as a sheath for the other. So when closed, they resemble a short staff/club roughtly 2 feet long.
