Ryan-
It was another boring day. Constant workout with the Peacekeepers and his buddies kept him in a great physical shape for when he needed it. But there was time that he hated the way he was going. He wanted to be normal. No more training and defenitley no more working out 22 hours of the day or however long he did. He longed to be able to just be free. But Ryan knew his life was not like those of the other kids in the district.
He left the house about mid day for his normal run around the district.
He didn't want to change the routine that was set up for him. It was working but at the same time his muscles in his body were adjusting to to it and he knew he had to try something new to keep them up. While running he noticed a field that was well abandoned so to say. He looked at it with a little smile. He knew he could try sprints over there. Something to help him with speed. He could see there was definitley a lot of room there.
He jogged over to the middle of the field and looked around for pot holes or any other obstacles that could hurt him. He saw nothing that would cause injury and he let out a low sigh. He took off his jacket and started sprinting from one end to another. He kept doing this for about a few hours till he could feel a little pain in his chest. When he finally settled down he could tell it had gotten a little dark out. He knew he was out longer then he was suppose to but he was working out. He knew he was not going to get that much in trouble.
He picked up his jacket and turned to walk back to his house from the field. He took a few steps but then heard a little noise from behind him. He looked around and saw nothing. He suspected it to be a cat or something, so he ignored it. Then he turned back around and took a few more steps. But he stopped in his tracks. There was a feeling crawling over him. He couldn't tell what it was but he knew it was different. Like he was being watched or something. He turned and yelled out, "Anyone there?" He waited for a answer. He was hoping there was none.
