Celine as a very tall girl for her age. She is 5'7 but is certain she will stop growing. She is muscular since she has already started practicing for the Hunger Games. She isn't absolutely strong but she can pull her own wait. She has cat like green eyes and jet black hair that goes to her shoulders. She has large eyes and a small nose. Her lips are plump and red. She is pretty but not beautiful. She is just a little more then an average girl. Her mother says she looks like a black cat.

She hates getting dressed up. She would buy jeans and a shirt. Her favorite color is black so you would see her in that a lot. She also really likes red so if she had to dress up it would probably be a red fancy dress. She wears a little bit of makeup once in awhile. Lipstick or some eye shadow.

Personality:

She is a little too stubborn for her own good. It could easily get her killed if she was after a stronger opponent because she wouldn't give up. She hates giving up to anything or anyone. Once her mind is set it's over.

She is a traitor. Whatever side is winning she would switch in a heart beat. She keeps no ties to whatever she is doing. In the Hunger Games this would be a flaw and an advantage. She wouldn't have an issue killing whoever she needs to win. If her beginning alliance is failing she attacks when weakest and changes sides.

She is cold hearted. She doesn't care for anyone but her family. Even sometimes she isn't to warm to them either. She doesn't exactly like people in the slightest which could easily get her killed. Not trusting even her allies. She doesn't like to show it though. She pretends to be nice until it really matters and strikes. If someone has done her wrong. She would slowly torture them.
