Appearance:

Takka is 5"6 and weighs appproximately 130 lbs, cacausian skin albeit slightly tanned, Takka has a lean build, brown eyes, a slightly crooked nose and a splint bracing his right leg that is covered up with a variety of cotton leggings.
He has very short brown hair, almost buzzed; and typically wears a cotton vest and shorts along with his leggings, he also has a pair of googles around his head, but they are so badly covered in dirt anyone would never suspect Takka could actually see anything from them.

Personality:

Takka is a socially inept boy who has so many insecurities about himself that it causes him to challenge most people, confront and aggressive before they can cause him pain.
Takka does not hang with the norm and avoids large groups, settling for solitude and harmony. He has a low opinion of himself and takes it out on others, however in times of loneliness he appears hesitant towards change and salvation, thinking cynically that his "situation" is everlasting.

If you managed to see past Takka's guard you will find that he is a loyal friend who appreciates company, a little hesitant towards life and needs plenty of reassurance.
Takka's relationship with his parents seem platonic, they do not console in times of need nor to add any negative impact to his circumstances, therefore he sees them as platonic and sometimes roommates.

Takka feels a need to prove himself to others, to show them that he will not be slowed dwon when it comes to his leg which is why he hopes to participate in the Games one day.

History:

Takka was youngest child born to the Soohou Clan of 5 in District Eight but was never treated as the baby of the family, from the age of five onwards he was brought in the family business of weaving and while he thought it was tedious work; it allowed him to showcase his individuality.
Tragedy struck the Soohou household when Takka was nine years old, the houses' framework collapsed upon Takka and his older brother Markus and when Takka awoke in the choas he discovered not only was his right leg broken beyond repair but also that his brother has sacrificed him life to sheild Takka from debris, a debt which Takka feels he can never repay.

Takka was never the same after the incident, he rarely went outside and became distant to everyone, pushing himself to continue working he managed to get a wooden splint for his leg from District Seven off the black market and continuiously covered it up with various leggings.
