Floriann has short, layered brunette hair with a streak of electric blue on the left hand side. She has large blue-grey eyes that are her most noticable feature. Her skin is very pale, almost tanslucent in the light and never tans very much during the summer months. She is of average height, around 5ft4 and is slightly overweight- but doesn't look obese.

Personality:

Floriann lives for her animals. Being brought up by a farmer, she has spent her entire life looking after them and learning almost everything there is to know about them. She loves to be around people, and will chat away for hours, but her real passion is nursing sick animals back to health. She longs one day to become a vet and work in the Capitol.

History:

Floriann's family as farmers dates back to the war between the Capitol and the districts. Ever since the districts were put back together and controlled by the Capitol, her family has worked the land and raised cattle, sheep, pigs and chickens. Generations down the line and her father, the last of the Mills farmers, still owns the farm that was built all those years ago. Floriann is the middle child of three children, her older brother will one day inherit the farm and her younger sister wants to become a teacher. She so far has escaped the Reaping, raising animals provides the family with just about enough food so she has never needed to take out a terrase.
