Towering over his peers, Raxar stands a good 6'4" and weighs about 135 pounds, which is mostly added on muscle. His brown eyes are nearly the same color as his usually spiky, short hair. Barely visible stubble runs across his face, hinting at a possible future beard. Raxar usually wears simple jeans and polos, nothing special like they have in the Capitol. His tan skin is just one reason why many girls are attracted to him.

Personality:

Raxar has a kind heart, but frequently had outbursts concerning his parent's crazy antics. Raxar wants nothing more than to settle down and have his own family. Even though he won't admit it to protect his reputation, Raxar wants true love and not just have "girlfriends" who mean nothing and are only there to help his reputation. Raxar lives a double life, being the cool, popular jerk at school, while inside of him is the kind-hearted guy which is only revealed to his little sister, Eve. Raxar is actually a genius, but plays dumb in class for obvious reasons.

History:

Raxar Nolon Renner was born in a big hospital, which he loved. This was only the start of his future career. When little, Raxar purposely injured himself just to be taken to the hospital and see the multicolored liquids rush into his body. When his sister Eve was born, he snuck away from the waiting room (Which wasn't very hard, considering his grandmother was blind), and wandered around the hospital, mesmerized by the sights and sounds. Since her birth, Raxar and Eve have been very close. She is the only one Raxar can really trust with all of his secrets. They both are weirded out by their parents' palindrome problem. Call it an obsession, they have every book ever written on palindromes, and insist on naming everything they own as a palindrome.
