Does, Thinks, Says, Hears
Jay Krearns. The brother of the weird District 4 career these games. The brother of the one who got his skull crushed. The boy left behind by all of the rowboats. He was alone, scared, but strong. He had kept going even when times were tough. This is just like those times, except he lost the only thing he really truely cared about, well maybe he cared about the shack too. The Krearn's surf shack. The shack that he now owned. His brother had given him the shack, like he knew he was going to row away from this hell. Jay truely did miss him and Davy too. Jay sat in front of the shack like he did every morning. He sat out there wishing he could take everything back. Every little mean thing he ever did to him. Everything.
Jay sat on the barrel outside that was full of wax, just wax that he used for the boards. He sighed as he stared across the sand to the crystal blue-green ocean. He watched as crabs moved along the surface of the sand. The ocean waves hitting the sand so beautifully. The sand forming into the ocean's waves molding it to match the wave before. Jay wished that he could just sail across the sea and find a better life from this hell. One where his brothers were with him, one where his parents were with him and cared about him. That heaven wasn't real. It would never be. He looked up into the sky, his brother was a star up there, a star that watched over him. One that would protect him. Jay smiled at the sky and turned his attention back to the sand.
Jay stared at the sand, until he heard the sound of sand being stepped on. Jay raised an eyebrow and looked to where the sound was coming from. He saw a boy. He looked to be about fifteen maybe 16. Jay watched as the boy walked across the sand. He has seen that boy a few times before. That boy always goes on walks past the beach. He always intrigued Jay. The boy seemed so lonely, so bored, but so pleasant as he walked across the beach. He looked happy, energetic and mysterious. The boy who walked on the sand. Jay stared at the boy curiously. He wasn't much of a build, small and scrawny. Kind of like himself. He was never a big and strong kid. He debated on whether to finally go talk to the kid or to stay here and just watch. He watched as the boy was almost to the other side.
He decided finally. He got up and stuck his hands in his pockets and walked over to the boy. He caught up to the boy who was quite a bit shorter than him, but not too short. He smiled at the boy and began to speak. Hello boy. I am Jay Krearns. Can I walk and talk with you. I am really bored and you seemed like a very noce fellow. Jay smiles at the boy friendly like. He really was very lonely. This boy did seem nice and mysterious, but you know what they always say, Curiosity killed the cat, but you never know. Jay waited patiently for a reply from the mysterious young boy.
