Appearance:

Sparkle has dark green eyes, straw blonde hair, and peach colored lips. Her skin is a pale color, she is 4 foot 11 inches and weighs 80 pounds even. She is small, so it is easy for her to worm her way out of places. Despite her small size she can throw a decent punch. Make no mistake, compared to others she can be a weakling, but don't let that set your opinion of her.

Sparkle is a pretty girl with naturally arching eyebrows. Because of her petite size people act sweeter towards her then others. Despite her seemingly spoiled brat feel, Sparkle is so much more than that. She has real soft spot towards animals, and

Personality:

Sparkle is the goody-girl at school, at the same time she can be very mean to other less popular girls. Sparkle is what some would call a scaredy-cat. Squeamish when it comes to everything and would be a picky eater if she lived in the Capitol, unfortunately she doesn't have that luxury. Sparkle's relationship with her family is not the best, she has a slight rivalry with her older sister and believes her mother is too strict. On the other side she absolutely loves her father and brother.

History:

Sparkle's older brother died 3 years ago when a peacekeeper beat him to death, she didn't know the exact details on account of the family refusing to tell her. Her living conditions are relatively good, since her father works with the Capitol. However he is also often gone and forgets or chooses not to give them the money they need for food. Instead he feeds his increasingly worse drinking problem. Sparkle does jobs around the house, hoping to lighten the mood, and take her mind off more depressing things.

She also goes to other children's homes and brings her fancy dresses to hear their praising echoes of "Oohs," and "Ahhs." The most spoiled in her family , yet nowhere near as spoiled as the Capitol Children. As an even younger child (around the age of 7 or so,) Sparkle was very shy and anxious at school, she clung to her older sister like velcro, never leaving her side. After the death of her brother,everything changed. She withdrew from her family and became a social butterfly at school.

Sparkle's childhood memories are more positive than her sister's because her father favored her and often gave her gifts of candy and clothes. While she prospered the rest of her family suffered. Sparkle prefers to stay away from death. but living in District 2, it is impossible. Trained since the age of 8, Sparkle's father aspires for her to become a tribute one day, this is not of Sparkle's liking. If her older sister Rayne is a tribute first, she doesn't need to be one too. As awful as that sounds, Sparkle just wouldn't be able to handle it, and would prefer her sister to go instead.
