HEIGHT. I am 4'6. That's pretty tall for my age. Good thing I am still groaning because everyone is so much taller then me in my world now. No 19 year olds to keep me company anymore. My hight is mostly made up of my legs.  
WEIGHT. 65 pounds of sheer-ferociousness! Actually, I am gaining weight! Yay for Tristan! I was a small when I was born and the lack of food after that didn't really help that much!
BODY TYPE. I am a little skinny dude with muscle. I am considered 'muscler' for kids my age. Considering the lack of body fat, I am well on the athletic side. 
HAIR COLOR. My hair is dark brown. Both me and my rather have dark hair. Mine is cropped shorter, I curly it at the end. It gives it some style that I love. Why have boring hair when you can jazz it up without being cocky? 
EYE COLOR. My eyes are nothing special. I wish I got my mothers beautiful, stunning blue eyes but, alas, my fathers dull brown eyes were given to me. That would be the feature I wish was extraordinary but I am only ordinary. 
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES. Dimples! Me, being a non smiley person, seeing my dimples means you make me feel happy. They are really noticeable only when I smile big. It's really funny looking with my crazy teeth because they are still falling out. 
FLAWS. I have really pointy ears. People used to make fun of me at school for being like an elf. No one else in my family has pointy ears except for myself so it's very awkward when a Capitolite comments on my pointedness.

LIKES. Listening, music, school (I miss it), my friends, District 8, helping people,  butter toast, iced tea, horses, bumble bees, my brother (Garret), dim lighted rooms, cookies, & secretly sewing. Hey! I am really good at it! 
DISLIKES. Scissors, Peacekeepers, anything Capitol related, Reading, cats, girls touching me(still on the cootie stage =P), stupid people, bugs, & not being able to talk.
STRENGTHS. I am a  good listeners and put people at ease.
WEAKNESSES. When it comes to mundane details I am typically completely unaware.
HABITS/QUIRKS. Fixing my hair, which at some places I barley have, and biting my bottom lip.

FULL PERSONALITY. 
Generally thoughtful and considerate, I am a  good listeners and put people at ease. People tend to come to me to help them feel better about them selfs because I don't judge them, well they don't think i judge them. Although I may be reserved in expressing emotion, I have a very deep well of caring and are genuinely interested in understanding people, people who care about me. This sincerity is sensed by others, making me a valued friend and confidante. And I can be quite warm with people I know well.

I do not like conflict, and go to great lengths to avoid it. If I must face it, I will always approach it from the perspective of my feelings. In conflict situations, I place little importance on who is right and who is wrong. I focus on the way that the conflict makes me feel, and indeed don't really care whether or not I am right. I don't want to feel badly. This trait sometimes makes me appear irrational and illogical in conflict situations. On the other hand, I am a very good mediators, and are typically good at solving other people's conflicts, because I intuitively understand people's perspectives and feelings, and genuinely want to help them.

When it comes to the mundane details of life maintenance, I am typically completely unaware of such things. I might go for long periods without noticing a stain on the carpet, but carefully and meticulously brush a speck of dust off of their books. This doesn't really help with the whole 'be a maid' situation. 

Most people tell me to cheer up because I come off as a really unhappy fellow. But I am not exactly sad I just don't have anything to smile about. I miss everyone in my family and friends... Even my evil teachers! There is nothing for me to smile about so why smile. I am just, well,  serious and heartbroken.

THE HISTORY.

PARENTS. Sonnet Seigner is my Papa, he was 36 when he died. My mother, Regina Seigner now works to support the family. They both were Textile Manufactures, working for some company for who knows what.
SIBLINGS. I have one older brother who is 16. His name is Garret. After school, he works at the used book store. I hate that place because somedays after school I would have to stay there until his sift ended. 
CURRENT RESIDENCE. The Capitol.
SIGNIFICANT OTHERS. Sadly, none.
CHILDREN. I am only 10!
PETS. Nope. I can't afford one as an avox.
FULL HISTORY. 
The first child of the Seigner family was Garret. Now, it understand this - Garret wasn't supposed to be here. He was an accident child when his mother was 16 years old. As soon as the couple could, they got married to assure Garret a normal life. The family was happy, for the most part.

As Garret grew older, his father had a mistake on his back that would cost him the safety and structure of the family. Sonnet, when he was younger, his mother and father took large sums of money from their wealthy bank account to buy nice things. But, when his father list his job, they were thousands in debut. Durning his parents life time, they could pay it off so t was shoved onto their children. You see, the Capitol wanted their money and killed his sister Sapphire and her children for not being able to pay it back. That left Sonnet with the debt. He wasn't rich. 

In conclusion? The Capitol threatened to take him or his only son. 

When there father, Sonnet, pleaded with the Capitol, begging them they could have his next child instead of Garret or her the Capitol government agreed. That was the day Sonnet and Regina promised not to have any more children besides Garret. But, about 3 and 1/2 drinks later - that pact was broken and the fate of their unborn child was written. 

On February 2nd, when Tristan was born, they were surprised the Capitol didn't take him away. The couple cautiously raised their son as a normal District 8 boy. Soon Sonner believed that the Capitol forgot about the deal and started letting Tristan out more. Of course the Capitol didn't forget about their new son. There would ever be a day that they wouldn't take another citizen and but them through unworthy harm and pain. They just waited until the perfect time. 

The Capitol can in the middle of the night to take Tristan from the family when the rest were asleep but Sonnet was always on guard and caught then before they even got to the kitchen. Wasting no time, they shot Sonnet leaving his cold body on the floor. The gun shy woke Regina and Garret, as well as Tristan up. Threatening to shoot both Garret and Regina, Tristan was taken away as the only two people that could save him had guns to their head. Surprisingly, the peacekeepers left without any other acts of violence towards anyone but Tristan. 

Now, it's just Regina and Garret. Sad and lonely, the boys mother works from home and beer smiles. It's a though Garret isn't even here. She lost her love and she lost Tristan.  

As for little Tristan, he was taken to the detention center to become an Avox to serve a Capitol family.
