Appearance:

Her hair is dark brown and becomes a reddish color at the tips. You can also ocassionally spot some hints of blonde in her hair. Her eyes are a very deep brown that appear almost black. Ocassionally her eyes seem to be a bit of a lighter color, depending on what she is wearing. When they are lighter they appear chocolate brown.

Violet is a rather small girl. She appears somewhat pale and rather thin. There are almost no freckles to be found amoungst her young face. Her bangs are grown out to the side rather than down her forehead. She is also a very light weight.

Violet by far isn't the tallest girl. Her entire family seems to be a bit lacking on the height aspect. Her fingers are long and she's a fast runner. She is also a very fast tree-climber. Trees end up being where she generally sleeps. She often has bruises on her legs from this.

Personality:

Violet absolutely loves nature, seeing as though it's where she's lived her entire life. She loves being around her family and other wanderers. One thing that gets in her way of meeting people is that she is shy to approach them. Being the wanderer she is, she has very good stamina and will ocassionally stray off. She is rather good at finding her way back to where she started.

Violet is a very fun-loving and energetic person. Though she can be shy with people she doesn't know too well, she is definately someone that isn't afraid to ask questions. She is also very observant. She is generally good at finding things and knowing what's edible and what isn't. Her family generally counts on her for this.

Violet is not the most self-confident person. She is a very kind person who is almost never selfish. She's great with medical plants and helps her family with it along with other wanderers. Violet has a strong fear of spiders, fearing that they are poisoness, despite the fact that she can recognize them. If she were to wake up with a spider on her, she would most likely fall out of her tree.

History:

Violet was born a wanderer. Her parents had both run away from District 6, though they didn't know eachother at the time. Violet seems to have inherited her parents' smarts with plants and medicines, and may even be better at it. Violet's family has to hunt and gather for all of their food- of course, though this isn't much of a change from what her parents did in the District. Her mother is currently 4 months pregnant with Violet's younger sibling.

Violet, though she wanders off from her family sometimes, always comes back with a few cuts and bruises, but otherwise in great condition. She has only gotten lost a few times which was when she was younger. She loves to watch the river flow and the families of deer go by. Seeing as though her family isn't too trained with weapons, other wanderers hunt for them in exchange for fruits and such. One of the other wanderers is training Violet with a spear.

Not being too good with weapons, Violet's spear generally hits a tree or stabs into the ground ten feet off. Seeing as though she doesn't have the best aim, she prefers not to use any weapons. Violet has a pouch that is made out of deerhide. She generally uses it to carry berries and what not back to her family and the other nearby wanderers. She generally keeps this strapped to her waist the best she can with things like vines.
