Name: Tanzonite "Tanzy" Everard.

Appearance:

Tanzy grew up in a home where she was fed well, also from being from a career district, she would always get the proper nutrition. She stands at an average height of five foot six, weighing around 125. Tanzy's step father always made her, and still does, go running, lift weights, do abdominal work outs. To her it seems like he wants her in the Hunger Games to bring home some honor.

Tanzy has silky milk chocolate colored hair which drops to her mid back. She always has her hair styled, even if it is in a simple braid, a jewel or something flashy is in her hair making her presence known. Her mud brown eyes, shaped like two almonds set in her milky skin make her soul seem deeper.

Tanzy has a deep dark secret that her parents don't know, and cannot know for that matter. When she was fourteen, she got access to a tattoo. Now two years later, she is forever imprinted with a henna type design on her ribcage.
Tanzy isn't much of a brute girl, she's never been a hardcore fighter like her stepbrother Titus, but she is very quick and can easily out run you. Her step father was quite the master swordsman, so he tries to pass down his skills to Tanzy. Unlike her step dad, she is very clumsy with and without her sword. Hense the fact that her knees are scuffed and scarred up constantly.

Personality:

Tanzy isn't really a loyal girl, she only knows to protect herself and herself only. Her mom sort of ignores her, so she only can put her own trust in her. Tanzy is really talkative and witty. She is superb with comebacks and using her wits, which she believes she gets it from her biological father.

Tanzy hates being a team player, her step dad makes her. She is such an independent sixteen year old. Being in district one, children have always been taught to want to go in The Hunger Games. She isn't that big into it, but if it gets her away from get nagging stepdad she'd take it.

Once Tanzonite has her eye set to something, no body can stop her. She is very competitive and isn't afraid to betray someone to win. Another flaw that Tanzy wants to rid of, but it has been ingrained in her since birth. Her over analytical ways and her judgmental-ness. She is always judging a book by its cover, whether she means to or not

History:

In the month of November, a wintery night is when Jecilla gave birth to Tanzy. Jecilla was a single mother in District One, only because Tanzy's biological father ditched out on her when he found out she was pregnant with Tanzonite. Tanzy never really spoke much about where daddy was, she was just a crazy little kid. When Tanzy was only three Jecilla married to a salesman named Clyde. Let's just say that didn't work out well because he would hurt her mother and verbally abuse Tanzy, a two year old. Yeah what an asshole. About two years later, when Tanzy was four, Jecilla became what she always wanted to become, a nurse. With help from her present husband, Kris. He was a butcher, and was skilled very well with the knives. His best friend was reaped, won, and came back and learned everything from him. He'd only do this to prepare himself just incase he would be reaped, with also being in the academy.

When he married Jecilla, he would try to train Tanzy along with years at the academy which Tanzy didn't take seriously. At the age of six she began school, along with training for the games with Kris and at the academy. Things began to slow down when her mother and step dad had her half sister Antigone (An-tig-gone-ee). This was when she was ten. At a ten year olds perspective, the only thing that mattered was herself was pretty much herself. Her relationship wasn't positive but it also wasn't negative. Tanzy ignored Antigone, she really didn't show much interest. Her mother would always pay attention to the new baby, and soon felt bad. So in result, Jecilla would pretty much bribe Tanzy with jewels, and new clothes. Flowers and the newest and most cutest shoes. Ofcourse Tanzy would take them, and enjoy them at that.

When Tanzy was thirteen Kris's biggest secret was revealed. He had a sixteen year old son named Titus. Titus was really aggressive toward people and even he came to live with his dad, Kris, he surely didn't make things better. Tanzy liked how strong and tough he was but with the disrespect he have her, she didn't care much for Titus.

Now being sixteen and having her name several times in the reaping ball, it could be her time to either shine and make her district proud.
