John is a big, broad man, lifting and cutting down trees his entire life. He is average height for a man, being 5'9", but he was slightly on the heavy side because of his huge muscles (200 lbs.), even though he doesn't look like he has much.He has dark brown/auburn hair, changing colors in throughout the different seasons and years. Recently, he had found some grey hairs mixed in. He also has a good tan, year round. He also has blue-green eyes.

John has one of the largest hands in District 7, being born with them. He also has long fingers, witch helps him grab onto the logs he has to carry. Because of all the logs he carries, his hands are covered in calluses, scratches and scars.

Personality:

John is a kind man, who wants to try to help everyone he can. He is also was a great leader, and a well respected man, until the incident. But he is slowly gaining them back.

When he was younger, everyone looked up to him. He was the role-model to everyone. All the kids wanted to be like him because he was so kind. He also had many friends. His friends liked him for who he was, and liked how John helped them. That got his friends to respect and honor John a lot more than anyone. Another good characteristic is that he can carry a lot of weight, up to 550 lbs.

But John has many flaws. He can't tell when he is getting walked on, and when he does, it's to late. He also goes crazy when he is mad or really sad. Another thing is he is a little emotional, which causes him to go crazy. But when he does go crazy, he normally runs out to the forest and starts cutting down trees to calm him. A fourth flaw is that he gets distracted easily, which causes him to forget what he's doing and get yelled at by the boss for not doing his job

History:

John was a very kind-hearted soul throughout most of his life. He helped others with everything, taking care of others. He always got out of his way to help others. When he was little, he was the most popular person at his school. Everyone loved him. When he was in his early teens, he started working in the fields. When he was 20, he got married to a beautiful woman. They had two kids, a boy and a girl. The boy they named Marcus and the daughter Anna.

But one fateful day, his wife died. John was devastated. He started going on riots, going crazy, hurting every body. In one of his worst riots, he damaged his daughters back badly, paralyzing her from the waist down. He became even more upset. When the peacekeepers asked what happened, he said she fell out of a tree and landed funny, paralyzing her. It took him 6 years to calm down, and one month after that to get his children's trust back.

After that, they lived peacefully again, but with a little more tension. He hates everything he has done, and is trying to help everyone he has hurt. He is trying to pay as many people's health care as he can. He is also working as many jobs as he can so he can pay off everything he can as quickly as he can. John doesn't know if he can ever forgive himself for what he did.
