I stand in front of the big picture window on the east wall of my room and look out at the beautiful white snow thats covering the ground. My fingertips rest on the cool glass window. I love snow. I dont know why. Its so beautiful, like me. The snow is just a big white fluffy blanket that covers the ground. Everytime a fresh coat comes down, I want to go outside and play in it. You know, snow looks really fluffy, but its not. It's not like laying on a pillow. Its cold. But, it is soft. There is no denying that.
So as Im standing here in my light blue pajama set, I make a decision. Im going outside today. Not to play in the snow, but to go to the mall. The snow would be nice, but I dont have the patience to go out and come back in to change clothes. Plus, I dont feel like making myself colder than I have to be. I'll save the snow for another day. A better day. Today I just want to go shopping and buy myself something new and shiny.
Two hours later, I emerge from my big white house in a white dress, lacy stockinfs, suede biots, and a dark pink trench coat. Perfect. It had stopped snkwing, which was good because my hair wouldnt get snow in it. It needed to be perfect no matter what. I needed to look perfect, no matter what. I turn around, lock the door, and step down the steps and onto the long driveway that leads to the sidewalks.
I pretty much walk everywhere. I think Daddy has a car, but I never use it. I dont know how. Walking is more efficient, anyway. I can get where Im going on the cleared sidewalks than on the snowed-over, frozen-overed streets. The cobblestones make a nice sound, too. I like the sound my heels make on them.
It doesnt take long before i find myself at the mall. My purse feels heavy with my large wallet full of credit cards and cash. Im here so much, most of the things are frequent buyer stuff that give me discoumts and such. The price doesnt make much of a difderence to me though. I walk into a store I rarely go in, mostly because they sell mostly guys clothing. The wonderful scent is what drew me into the store. My feet carry me over to a rack of jeans. There's a blonde guys standing there too. He looks so familiar.
"Um, hey. Do I know you?"
