Age: 16
Gender: Female
District/Area: District 10
Appearance:
Sally is a very kind girl, you can see it in her dark brown eyes. They are the only thing on her face that signal her emotion. Her hair is a rich brown, like the dirt. It's usually in small cornrows that fall down past her shoulders. Her face is round and colored very darkly, always smiling and loving.Personality:
Her body is thin but with a muscular figure. She doesn't weigh very much, but she's taller than most of the 16 year-olds in her District. She loves her body and she believes she's beautiful, no matter what anyone else says about her. She has small hands and long legs so it's hard to find clothing for her in the District.
Sally's nails are the thing that most people look for when they see her. She likes to paint and style them in all sorts of patterns and colors. Usually she paints them to match her outfit, but occasionally just to match her mood. She has almost a new pattern every day and tries not to repeat her designs.
Sally's personality is basically split. Both sides of her are mostly at odds with each other until some huge event happens. When something rocks her world or takes place when Sally doesn't think it should be done, her personality becomes more of one side or the other.History:
To begin with, if someone around her is being bullied or is in a state of sobbing or depression. Sally's nice side comes out and tries to comfort or aid the situation in some way. Sally likes to avoid conflict, unless she feels that it's actually required for the instance.
But, if Sally is the one messed with, her other personality becomes dominant. This personality doesn't take no for an answer, and certainly doesn't have any measure of patience. While Sally is in this state, she will not hesitate toCUTrelease all of her pint-up anger at you.
Sally tries really hard to keep her personalities at odds with each other, as she hates to go over-board on anything. But sometimes it's hard, especially when her mother trains her to be Career, and she has so may regrets and emotions about her brother who died in the games. She does a pretty good job of making sure not to get too much of one emotion at a time, and is described as balanced and peaceful by her friends.
Sally's history isn't like many in District 10. She was born and raised to be a Career, even though most of those are from Districts 1, 2, and 4. Her mother wouldn't let her play with dolls or wear dresses like other little girls, instead she was training and practicing for the games.Codeword: Odair
Her brother died when her mother was pregnant with Sally. He was 18 and it was his final year to be Reaped, sadly that was the year that got him. Ever since, Sally had been looking forward to the day when she can stab the un-deserving faces of the District 1 pair.
Her brother, Marcus, was so close to winning, it wasn't even funny. It was the final 8, and he had just poisoned the stream where the pair from 4 were washing their faces. The poison went downstream and both of the Careers fell lifeless onto the ground. Marcus was sprinting away when a girl from 3 ran into him, and began to cry. They became partners on a Final-Two pact and brought down a boy from 7. Suddenly, an arrow flew through the air and got stuck in a nearby tree, a girl from 5 was chasing them until finally, she shot the girl from 3 in the back of the neck. Her cannon fired soon afterwards. All that was left were Marcus, the girl and the boy from 5, and the girl from 1. That night, the girl from 5 stabbed her partner, being it so close the finale, and drank some water from a bottle that the boy had poisoned earlier, their cannons rang out in quick succession. Now the part where Sally's hatred of District 1 comes in; It was of course the final 2, and Marcus was brutally killed. But the Career didn't stop there, she mangled and dismembered his body in so many ways that there was barely anything to return home. The Gamemakers finally had to tranquilize the girl so they could retrieve his body.
Sally remembers watching the events unfold and how she couldn't stop crying for over two weeks. She remembers how the Careers made her feel terrible and how they destroyed someone who only brought good into the world. And she would not let them get away with it.
All Sally wants to do is get revenge on District 1. She doesn't know if after she kills the District 1 tributes, then she'll move on to the other Careers, but that will be for her and the audience to find out. And the Quell would be a perfect opportunity, she's practically a Career herself.
