Appearance:
Kira is a beautiful woman of the Capitol. She is thin, like a typicall Capitol person, which she is proud of. She has extremely pale skin, and goes to the taning booth once a month. Her skin, outside of the fake tan, has light gold tatooing that covers her body. These tatoos are swirls almost in a paisley pattern but only of a shinygold metalic ink that seems to add sheen to her fake tan. It gives the illusion that she is shimmering in the light of the sun.
Kira is 5' 8" and her body is topped by a head of long blonde hair. At the tips of her hair, which reaches the middle of her back, has the tips dyed bright blue. Her bang have a similar tip design on them. Her face, which is small and chisiledat the chin, has only a small amount of make-up. It is mainly the mascara and blue eye liner, that bring out her blue eyes. Her nose is a focal point of her face, because it is slight and has a liittle tilt at the end, giving her an innocence about her.
Kira is most proud of her long arms and legs, which make up half of her height. She loves hwo they are the thinnest part of her body. And all though it is vain and she knows it, she can spend hours looking at herself in the mirror, wondering what she can make look better.
Kira wears a mini skirt and tank-top in the summer, and in the winter she wears clothes that look like what can only be classified as a snow bunny. In Spring and Fall, she wears capris and her halter tops. She is totally vain about what she is wearing always.
Personality:
Kira's personality is her weak spot. She has a horrible personality when you look at it. Though she is good at first impressions, anyone who spends an extended amount of time with her realizes that she is a vain person. Her love for herself is only parralleled to her love for cosmetic surgeory.
Categorized as the narcissist, Kira only has friends because she has the money to buy everything. She is basically set for life, so makes no effort in school or to work. Se believes that she is owed everything in life and acts like it.
Probably the only good trait Kira has in her repituor is the fact that she loves animals. She will go out of her way to help any animal, but will not adopt. She has to own pure breds, or she will own nothing at all.
History:
Kira grew up a privilage life. She was born into a family that owns one of the largest styling agencies of the Capitol, let alone all of Panem. Her parents are pretty not existant in her life, since she turned about 6, in which they said that she should be able to take care of herself. The only time she even talks to them is when she is given her weekly allowance, which is more than most of the lower DIstrict's people will earn in their life time. She however, has no intrest in running the family business, and will eventualy hire someone to do it for her once she takes the lead.
Kira grew up in a lonely mansion, which led her to find great friendship in animals. She leaves food out each night for stray animals of the District, but really loves her small poodle, Reggie. This is when her rude habits take a back seat to caring.
