Personality:
Sparrow is probably one of the most normal looking people out of The Capitol. No eccentric hair colors, no odd tattoo's, nothing out of the ordinary.
Standing at 6 ft 4, and 150 pounds, Sparrow is the perfect example of eye candy. Dark brown hair that's so soft it curls around your fingers. A perfectly sculpted face that seems to have been carved by some super natural force that wanted to make him the most perfect example of a man.
Once he begins speaking in that...exotic accent and looking at you with his deep green eyes, you turn to butter. Sparrow has that effect on most people. He can manipulate anyone into doing whatever he wants them to do for him. He's managed to get out of going to his mother's photoshoots that way.
One word that everyone says about Sparrow is that he is a flirt. He's a playboy, and a massive ladies man, and on occasion, a mans man. He's a very classical man as well.History:
Normally, he finds a lot of people in The Capitol sickening. The fashion's, the hair, the basics of it all. However, Sparrow is a gentlemen and polite to everyone. Except for when you push his buttons.
He's also a tad bit of a mother's boy. He's very protective of her, and always willing to do whatever she ask's. Except when it comes to modeling her clothing designs for her. THAT, is where he draws the line.
Sparrow may be a flirt, but he's classical. Classical music, classical clothing, classical home styles, classical EVERYTHING.
Sparrow dislike's children. Not all children, but most children. He dislikes one's that are spoiled and are turned into their parents dress up dolls.
One's that scream their heads off when you tell them no or the like.
As far as the games are concerned, Sparrow doesn't believe they're very fair in the least. He enjoy's them, finds them amusing, but believes that it should be about 13 or 14 at the youngest. He hates seeing 12 year olds fighting for their lives.
Being a child that grew up in The Capitol, he wasn't subjected to the reaping's. He wasn't forced to fight for his life. He was one of the lucky one's.
He does have an obsession with playing card games.
Sparrow is the 3rd son to the Lacruz legacy. Due to his family's wealth, power, and status among the capitol he was denied anything his heart desired. His mother is one of the most famous fashion moguls in all of Panem and his father as one of the biggest political figures in The Capitol, he is known for his fame and his family's power and wealth.Codeword: odair
Despite their busy lifestyles, they managed to have a very big family; 3 son's and 5 daughters. Of course in such a large family, there are bond to be disagreements and fights with one another. Sparrow and his brothers do not get along at all with each other. Many time's Sparrow has come out of it bruised and bloody, and on occasion with broken limbs.
Many times, Sparrow's younger sister Lillith would come and patch him up later. Sparrow loved his sisters, but Lilith was probably his favorite. He remembered the day he met her. He was 6, his brother Daniel was 8 and his other brother Tavrex was 10. Lilith was a small baby, with soft pink cheeks and a small nose. She had this smell of baby powder and small tuffs of hair on her head in a very deep black color like their mothers. She was so small. So fragile. He felt himself fall in love with the small bundle their mother had brought up.
Since then, it had been the same when each of his sister's were born. He'd fawn over them, always be willing to take care of them. He was his mothers little helper when it came to her being pregnant, coming home, helping her relax. He was often teased by his brothers for it which resulted in them fighting with each other to some degree.
Sparrow loved taking care of his sisters. He still does. Though there's one thing he refuses to do even for them.
With his mother being a high end fashion designer, she often dresses up her children in her fashions and for her shows to showcase her newest designs and her favorites. He hated it, even has a small child. Especially, when his brothers would send him into his mother's studio blind and run off, knowing well what the woman was planning on doing. Of course as he got older, he would run from her when she had her glasses on. That meant she was working on designs and fashions and might have something for him to wear.
Since Sparrow was young, his family would hold parties for The Hunger Games. They'd all sit around, watch the reapings, then the day of the parade's they'd have a massive party. Each year was a theme that their party would have. This was one of the two parties they had during the games.
Then the victor ceremony was a huge party. It was usually one with a massive ball theme. Fancy suits and beautiful ball gowns. Usually, he found some lovely lady or some handsome young beau to take up to his room for the evening. His first time was a rather memorable one. It was with his tutor. The girl was lovely enough. Soft skin, long pink hair, rather large chest. It had been during the party that they'd hooked up with each other. A small amount of liquor had fueled their desire's for each other. That was his first time with an actual woman.
His first time with a man happened when he was visiting his younger sister Arren at school. Rather cute school boy too. The kid had been eyeing him across the school yard. Sparrow couldn't help himself. The boy was small, cute, and had this adorable flutter he did with his eyes that just made him feel all...dominating. Of course the broom closet in the school was a tad bit cramped.
He's very skilled in wooing all sorts of people in the Capitol society. He's never had trouble with relationships with anyone. Even in school, he was always one of the most popular kids, and not for just his money or standings.
Sparrow is definitely on the top of the social charts.
