As far as people of the Capitol go, he is one of its inhabitants that look remotely normal. His hair is black as night, and his eyes are green. However, when it comes to his clothing style, this is where he truly shines as completely excentric. He always wear something that looks like noble garments of the Old Times, and he always wears a bright blue cape when he goes to public events. He only sets out to look perfect, and his look conveys that he is the perfection everyone has been waiting. He also always try to look younger, so he really looks like he is 17 years old.

He can be described as being pretty muscular, but still rather slim. He doesn't train to look his best: in fact he goes for the latest enhancements he can find on the style street of the Capitol. For him, looks matter more than everything else, a thought which transpires in his way of clothing and his body build. His face looks kind-hearted and childish, but it hisdes who he truly is.

Personality:

Everything about this man can be considered as fake. Away from the Capitol, he exhibits a fake aura of compassion and friendship, and he always smile. In reality, though, he is ruthless. He couldn't care less about the fate of the Tributes going to die in the Hunger Games, and he has no remorse whatsoever when he does something others may consider bad or evil. He simply smiles, and lets the world deal with what he has done. He doesn't show any kind of good feeling when he breaks his shell, revealing how ugly he really is on the inside.

However, despite his ruthless attitude, when he is around his true friends from the Capitol, he shows true kindness to them, rather contradictory with the temper he has with anyone else. He is faithful to the Capitol and President Snow, displaying a loyalty so weird that it's almost scary. He is also a hopeless romantic, searching for one who can make his heart beat, and he won't stop until he finds that special someone, be it man or woman.

For him, the looks are everything. If one looks good, then he is worth spending time with. He always looks for ways to look better, using physical enhancements for his body, and always looking for the latest fashion, even if he is still interested in this era people called the Middle Ages. Always wearing a cape around his shoulders, he shows that he has somewhat a noble lineage, while the truth is that he is just another Capitol citizen... Or is he?

History:

Born during the year of the 44th Hunger Games, Lexis lived in a family which promoted wealth and well-being, but mostly looks and appearances over everything else. At a very young age, he was already listed for body enhancements, and soon got a peculiar build for a child so young. He was suddenly taller, and his skin once a slight bit darker became almost as white as a sheet. Soon, he was entangled in the ways of style, and vowed to become a stylist in the Capitol, even if he wasn't ready.

His parents also thought him that looks are only the first part of appearances. Soon, he learned to lie and to hide his true emotions, becoming completely fake to the eyes of others. He also became ruthless thanks to this teaching, much to the surprise of his parents, who saw that as a way of saying that it had worked. They were proud of their son, even though he wasn't proud of himself for becoming a ruthless and careless monster.

Soon he started to go on his path to become a stylist, going as far as to design some clothes himself in his basement, slowly thinking about engaging himself as a stylist for the Hunger Games. He wanted to meet the other Tributes, and to show them just how much looks mattered in this mess of a Game. He also started to design his own clothes, copying what he saw in books about Middle Ages. Soon, he became quite famous for his creations. Who knows, maybe his dreams could come true at last!
