What is pain? Is it a dagger in your heart? A spear in you soul?
Pain is losing you
The knife was held loosely in her hand. Crimson liquid was running down her snow colored arms. Her eyes filled with tears. Screams heard from her mouth. All because of him. He was her pain.
Her grip on the now red knife faltered and it dropped to the floor, to her it was the loudest noise. All other sounds were gone to her. She raised a hand to stop the blood but it fell back at her side. Defeated.
You deserve this murderer. Murderer. The word began echoing in her head and around the room. Her knees buckled and her vision became clouded. Black. She tried to hold onto something but her muscles weren't working. Strength had left her, it was replaced with weakness. Fragile. Thats what she was.
Her mother said she could see the pain in her eyes.
She could see that her heart wasn't healed but it could be with a helping hand.
Her heart, her soul her mind. Nothing was ever the same and it never would be. Her heart, soul, mind. They were all shattered just as she was now. On the floor and broken. The pieces never to be picked up and put back. Abandoned.
Blackness began to surround her, and she welcomed it. The blackness felt nice, her heart had no emotions, her brain no thoughts, and soul no feelings. There was nothing. She was in oblivion like she had wanted ever since he left, ever since his screams, became dreams. The Black began to fade and was replaced by blue. Blue sky and blue water. She was back into happiness. Days with him. Hair wet, plastered against her face. Body dripping, with goosebumps everywhere from the breeze, feet in a puddle forming from the water coming off her body and swimsuit. Cammas was treading water, yelling wildly for her to jump. This was the highest rock. It was never attempted, by Amaryllis at least. Adrenaline pumping, heart racing. Her feet stepped back wards without consent and began running, soon jumping. Her legs formed themselves into a cannonball position and the water made contact, sending a chill up the spine. Water went up her nose, it burned but it didn't matter. Amaryllis came up laughing with her brother. Those days had always been the best for her. Then the scene began to fade an she was crying, screaming for it to come back but it didn't. It was beginning to become white. Her eyes felt heavy but she opened them anyway, she had to know where she was. Was he still alive was all this a dream. She was in a bed, her eyes were only half open, but the bed was white, She was in a hospital. Her parents were no where to be seen. She leaned back down into the bed, ready to welcome the black but not before whispering.
My pain is for you Cammas.
OOC: This was a sad post about Amaryllis. About what she feels at her brothers loss. This isn't what I feel, just so you know. And this wasn't really meant to be a group thread I just wanted to express Amaryllis' thoughts. RP with it if you want but I don't see how you could.
