Nero is a tall man. He is 6 foot 5 inches, with a skinny build. He only weighs 190 pounds. He has slighty tan skin but his skin seems to have the effect of glowing very dimly like a fire. But it does not produce light just refracts it. His hair is spiked straight up and dyed a gold color. He often wears simple suits finding no reason for extravagant outfits. He has very white teeth and orange eyes which are both of course surgically altered. Besides his skin, hair, and eyes he looks alot more normal then your average capitol citizen.

Personality:

Nero is a very happy person smiling alot. Nothing really upsets him. And in fact he can sometimes come off as insane. But beyond this happy outer shell, he is extremely wise easily able to see past the vain capitol life, and see the lives the districts are living. Even though he wouldnt risk admitting it he does have a soft spot for them. Finding it unfair that the Capitol citizens seem to be above the people of the districts. He is very smart. He is a calm person but also alittle on the quiet side. But this doesnt mean hes shy at all.

History:

Nero was born and raised in the Capitol. At a young age he realized the injustice of the districts treatment. But kept this to himself, he was always smarter then people gave him credit for. As he grew older his disgust of the Games grew. Even though he seem to watch and enjoy them with his friends. He still secretly loathed them. Soon he grew older and decided he wanted to be a successful doctor of some kind. And the most successful doctors in the Capitol where cosmetic surgens. So Nero grew up to be a plastic surgen. Even though he finds the people who come in vain and ignorant he acts like hes just like them.
