Early morning strolls weren't something you'd expect from Wolfram Sky, in fact you'd more than likely expect him to be a late night prowler, if you listened to the rumors around town that was.

But of course, here he was, hands in his pockets, wearing a tank top, and frowning as he blew his dirty blond hair out of his eyes. Anyone passing by was sure to move out of his was quickly, or they'd feel his wraith, and then some.

Wolfram's main reason for even coming out today was just so he could get some fresh air. Having been cooped up in his parents house wasn't a fun experience, especially when his father kept giving him unwanted stares.

"Grrr." He let out a low growl, scaring another passerby to run away, arms wailing in the air.

Joshua Colquhoun

I blew into my hands, trying to warm myself up. The morning was surprisingly brisk, and I couldn't help but wonder why the heck I'd even decided to come out. Then I touched my arm, and remembered as I winced in pain. The sun had barely risen, so there was pretty much no-one out... Except some weird guy in a tank top who was growling at people. Odd... But he didn't scare me.

Wolfram stopped, scratching his neck with one of his large hands. So far the day hadn't been interesting or anything, which annoyed him. He needed something to distract him from the thoughts that usually brought him into a depressive mood.

Looking around, he noticed one kid, with small eyes oddly enough, just standing around trying to warm himself up. Wolfram instantly disliked him, not because he had done something to anger him, but just because of the way he was feeling at the moment.

"Hey!" He shouted, his deep voice making people around cringe. He started to wards Joshua, eyes slanted as he glared at the smaller, boy. "What's your name?" He asked as he stopped three feet away.

Joshua

What's this guy's problem? I asked myself, looking right at him. Deep voice, with a definitely angry tone. Someone had got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, so it probably wasn't a good idea to antagonise him. That said, it wasn't a good idea to get "all up in my face" either right now...

"I'm Joshua. Is there a problem?" My voice was strong, but bitter, like good tea.

Joshua... The name itself irritated Wolfram to no end. The way he looked, the way he acted, even the sound of his voice made Wolfram want to just tear his head off. People had accused Wolfram of having anger problems, who was he to argue with them?

Taking a step forward, he was now less than a Foot away from Joshua, and he could literally see all the features on the smaller boys face. "Yeah," He said, shoving the bow with his powerful arm. "You're p*ssing me off." He shoved him again, face contorted in anger.

I had never even seen this guy before, never looked at him, never even known he existed. And yet, somehow I was "p*ssing him off"? Wow, I thought, This guy is so not worth my time... I shoved him back, and started walking off the other way.

Already, I knew it was a mistake.

Wolfram raised his eyebrow at the pathetic excuse of a shove that Joshua had given him. One good thing had come of it though, he had given him a reason to strike back. "Thanks for the reason." Wolfram muttered, cracking his knuckles as he followed behind Joshua.

Raising his foot up high, Wolfram kicked at Joshua, aiming straight for the back of his shorter opponent. Wolfram may not have been much to look at, but damn it he was a warrior down deep, and he was itching for action.

Joshua

His boot impacted sharply with my spine, and I hit the ground hard. This guy was really getting on my nerves now. I was not in the mood to scrap (when am I ever), but I was also not in the mood to take guff from anyone. I rose to my feet.

"Alright, pal, I dunno what your problem is, but back the hell off! You don't want to be messing with me right now.

[Xenophilius]

Wolfram grinned sadistically for the first time that day, glaring daggers at Joshua as he flexed his muscles. "That's where you're wrong. I do wanna' mess with ya' today. So either man up or get knocked down again."

He threw a punch, straight for the jaw, then started circling his opponent like a Predator circling a Prey. Already some people had begun gathering around, hopping to catch a glimpse of a fight, at least to start their days off with a bang.

Wolfram spat on the ground before rushing forward and striking out with his elbow, then followed through with an attack from his knee.

Joshua

I had officially had enough. I'd already been beaten up once this morning; I was not getting beaten up twice. The guy was built like a brick wall, but I had lost my temper, and when that happened, I didn't listen to reason. I ducked his elbow strike, and made to tackle him, but his knee caught me, and I was stunned. I hopped back, and raised my leg in a defensive stance.

Wolfram was glad that this Joshua fellow was at least putting up a fight, he didn't want this to end soon and be bored for the rest of the day. While he was glad he was fighting back, Wolfram was disappointed with the shorter boys tactics, he even took his knee attack, which would've been easily dodge able if he had thought it threw.

Wolfram sighed, shaking his head back and forth as he looked on at the young mans ridiculous fighting stance. "God this is sad." He mumbled, stretching his hand out quickly and grabbing one of the watching patrons. With no trouble whatsoever he tossed the man as if he weighed less than a bag of grain, straight at Joshua.

Joshua:

I had never seen someone throw a man across a crowded street, and as such, was too surprised to react. I was also wondering where the Peacekeepers were. Probably gorging themselves... I thought to myself, before hitting the floor, the poor sucker the brick-head had thrown on top of me, unconscious.

[Xenophilius]

Wolfram frowned, scratching the side of his neck as he peered down at the unconscious forms of both Joshua and the smuck he had tossed. "Jeez, at least stay awake."

He looked around him, noticing that the crowd of people who had, just moments ago, been interested in the possibility of a scrap, were now backing away in fear. Wolfram snarled at them, his eyes turning animistic.

"Scared?! You should be! Any of you idiots even think of interfering and I'll do the same to you what I'm doin' to him!" Wolfram shouted, pointing at the unmoving body of Joshua. "So scram!"

OOC: It seems I worded that badly... Joshua wasn't knocked out, the fellow Wolfram threw was =P. My apologies.

Joshua:

"Heh... Exactly what is it you think you're doing?" I asked, pushing the unconscious man off me. "I'm not hurt... So, your purpose in attacking me has not been fulfilled." Again, I stood up. Though I lacked much physical strength, I was certainly showing a lot of spirit here.

[Xenophilius]

Wolfram raised his eyebrows as he watched Joshua stand up. Kid had a lot of spirit, he'd give him that, but what he lacked most right now was the muscle to use it. "Pathetic."

He was sickened by how much this kid thought he had a chance. It was almost funny, almost. Waving his hand in dismissal, Wolfram started to walk away. "You've bored me, so either go to hell or get out of my face. You're choice."
