Name: Dimitri Klipper
Age: 18

District/Area: District One
Appearance: Dimitri is tall, standing about six foot six. He has brown hair, and it is relatively long. He is very built, as a career those who do not know him refer to him as 'god.' He has tan skin, and wears a white tee-shirt and jeans, that though they are loose, still show off his tone legs. He is often found in a duster, much like the ones from the old west. It is defiantely a weird look, but it suits him well. He also has a Russian accent that he forces because it makes him seem even more deadly than he looks, which is still pretty deadly.
Personality: Dimitri is cold and quiet. He hates people, and is very protective, especially over his little sister Sarah. (See m other character, Sarah Klipper) He basically trains and sleeps, occasionally stopping for food. Dimitri is always caught in a battle between what is right and wrong. He is one of the few people who doesn't question the Capiol at all, and only ever lets it slide when someone bashes them if it comes out of his sister's mouth. He wants to become a peace keeper and eventually head peace keeper, so that he can rule with an iron fist. He hates to see anything bad happeing to his sister, and will often forget rules to protect her, and then uses threats to get out of trouble. Though everyoone worries about right an wrong, he has excessive worries.
History: Dimitri has a family, who is well off and made up of Careers. His sister is the worlds most important thing in the world to him, and he always said if he were a girl, he would volunteer for her. He loves all of Panem, believes that everything has a reason, and that's why he wasn't born in the Capitol. He doesn't like to dwell on history, but he does that because he hates it. He had a girl friend at one point that he was planning on marrying but it all went bad when she was chosen for the games. He spent three weeks hurt, and now spend his time working out to be the best Career he can be. He can't wait to become a Peace Keeper and aid his country. Dimitri was
raised in the COmmunity home of the District because his parents died trying to spark a rebellion. He hates his parents legacy but is more than determined to overrule it.
