I need some advice and quickly

Hi guys Minie here,
Sorry to bother y'all with this it's just at the moment my life has been really rocky and all, and I need some advice. I have a friend who has a bad relationship with her parents. She is constantly getting beaten and punished for no reason. She is always in tears and she asked me for help, but all I could suggest was run away which isn't a good option and i should know i've been there and done that.
If anyone can give me advice on how I can help her then please i'm begging you, at the moment she is all messed up and seeing her being messed up messes me up. So if You can give me any advice on what I can do to help her i'm begging you do, she is my best friend and i'm worried she means alot to me if you can help us thank you in advance

Well Minie, with a mom who's a guidance counselor, I hear about this stuff all the time, unfortunately. I would just tell your friend to ask a trusted adult (teacher, aunt/uncle, close neighbor, etc.) for help if things are getting really bad. She could always call social services if she wants to, but most importantly you should be there for your friend, no matter what. She is absolutely lucky to have a friend like you who cares about her so much! Both of you are in my prayers <3
