History:

-Born to a sickly woman and an apothecary
-He and his mother were abandoned by his father
-Right from the start, he was the underdog
-He lived out his childhood being cowardly and afraid, clinging to his porcelain doll, named Lucilla, for support
-When his mother was on her death bed, Maugrim's father was the one who came and declared her as dead when her last breath left her lips
-When he noticed that the young boy was crying and clinging to a doll, he became infuriated and ripped the doll from his hands and shattered it on the ground
-His father abandoned him yet again and he went to live in a Community Center on the district's edge
-He eventually befriended Judis Arrivay, who took him under her wing
-He stopped feeling pathetic and scared and turned his anger at his father and sorrow towards his mother's death into a thick ice that encased his heart
-He quickly became Judis Arrivay's right hand man, keeping her other workers in check
-Judis currently rewards Maugrim by over-dosing the youngest daughters of narks and other people who get in her way with her signature drug, Winter
-The paralyzed little girls are then sent to Maugrim, who keeps them in his room
-He feeds them daily, washes them daily, and talks to them daily
-They can never answer his curious questions or return his love for them, but maybe it's better that way
