I'm Sad to Say..

As of this day, March 6th of 2010 (I think), I will officially start to bring my life to this site to an end. I have completely consumed myself and entwined my ethics into this site, and it's just a distraction to me. I absolutely love this site, and all of those who are on here, but I just need to take a half of a year break or so.

Throughout the day that I have joined this site and the day that I leave it for my temporary time that I will not be of the essence, I have learned many, many, many writing techniques and in this way I have improved greatly in my writings.

I have come to know a great amount of people. Listed below, are the people that I've grew closest too:

Everyone's leaving. It's making me really sad. Please don't go. I'll miss you. Everyone will. You're a great rp-er and a fun person to have around. But taking time off is good. As Kara said, eat lots of chocolate. It makes you feel better. Or so Remus Lupin told me.

It's been really great just to chat, even if it's about something totally random or stupid. -CT- like, say, throwing small fat children at each other -CT-

I'm so glad you've learned writing techniques. After I had left Gaiaonline, I realized my constant RPing hadn't been for naught: I was a better writer. Writing, if you do it enough, is a passion. It consumes you. You can't force the words, they flow through you. Remember to use varying and interesting sentence structure and never end a sentence with a preposition. Never give into cliches or go over the top.

Recipe to create a character: Take out a small piece of yourself. Put it in a cup of water (your mind) and let sit. It will grow like one of those dinosaur pellets. Let the character, their name, face, fears, passion, grow out of that piece of you: your love of art, or your sarcasm.

As a fellow writer, that's some of the best advice I can give right there. Gosh, I just disobeyed myself...went over the top, huh? Wasn't supposed to do that. Geez, I told myself I wouldn't get attached to people on the internet...guess I disobeyed myself on that one too.

I know what it's like to get addicted to the internet. I once got so addicted I couldn't go an hour without checking my sites. But then, one day, I just...gave it up. Cold turkey. Gone for a good two or three months. It was...really great. Sure, I missed all the instant info at my beck and call, Google (I didn't trust myself to turn on the computer, see) but I went outisde a whole lot more, got really in tune with nature. Worked on my photography, my writing. Developed a strong love of trees. When I came back, I learned how to balance my two lives, real and internet, in a way that made me happy. It was a learning experience. I'm sure you'll be okay too, Sky. -CT- You better be... -CT-

You're really leaving me a character? That...that makes me happy. You're leaving me your dinosaur pellet. I wonder what each one grew into. If I ever accomplish my "create a mentor for D6" thing, I promise I'll make her protect Apollo to the best of my ability.

I'm glad I got to chat with somebody so cool XD like, you're one of those people who I hope I'll randomly meet someday in rl. In a restaurant or something. And then a year after I know them they'll start talking about a site, and I'll be like "Omg I was on that site too!" and then we exchange usernames and realize and be like "yaayzzz happeee!" even though that's not gonna happen ever probably...you know those people? You made the list, yep, yep. It's an honor, really...

Well...I guess this is the end of the letter, since I'm about to keel over from sleep deprivation. But, I believe you'll do really well! Stay close to your friends! Get outdoors and find nature wherever you can, if you live in the city, grow a flower or visit a park! (But not a dangerous park! D=) Try new hobbies...I've discovered I have a natural talent for Biology, and now badly want a microscope to make my own slides =P just for the hell of it. Stuff like that! Write a lot! Write crazy things like polar bears in the desert, and write sad things like a letter never received, and write happy things and funny things like puppies and small children peeing in pools!

Hmm lets see... im not good at goodbyes because i dont like them very much. I compleatly know what your talking about, the otehr day i skiped out on going to a friends house because I wouldn't of been able to check this site. Needless to say im defently reevaluateing my own prioritys right now. Any way Im guna miss you, you were like one of my first friends on this site. So yeah...
