Jocelin is a little on the tall side, for a girl. She stands at 5' 7" tall, with a weight of 108 lbs. Her short brown hair is kept just above the shoulders. Her hair is normally messy looking, even when it is brushed. She rarely lets her hair get past shoulder length.

Her face is thin, and the first place it's noticed that she may be underweight, even if only slightly. Her eyes are a dull, brownish color. Their almond shape being the most interesting thing about them. Her nose is average in size, but has obviously been broken before. Her lips are about average size, if not a little thinner than others.

Jocelin's clothes style is rather simple. An undershirt of a usually light color with a brown button-up t-shirt. Light colored shorts are met by stockings that lead to her boots. The boots are normally a color that goes somewhat with her outfit. Most of the time, however, her boots don't really go well with what she is wearing.

Personality:

Jocelin is a quiet person. Most people assume that she is quiet due to her being sad about her sister. This is not entirely true. She is sad about the loss of her sister, but this is not the whole reason she is so quiet. She is quiet because she is planning. Planning her next move.

To most people, when she does take the time to talk to them, she is polite. She has nothing against most people. Her grudge is with the Capitol. She doesn't know just what she would do if she met someone from the Capitol in person, but she does not think it would be pretty. She will not know her exact reaction unless she meets someone from the Capitol.

On rare occasions, Jocelin will show a more friendly side of herself. On these occasions, she is happy and full of energy. People she makes as friends during these happier days are normally still considered friends by her when she is feeling closer to her normal self. Though they don't get very much special treatment. They may only get a, "Hi, how are you?" Maybe something along those lines more than the rest of the people she comes across.

History:

Born one of two twins in a family of butchers, Jocelin was quite content to just stay with her sister her whole life. For a long time, they were. The two were inseparable. Where one went, the other was sure to follow. They seemed to be all they needed to be happy.

Though one day, when the twins were eleven years old, that changed. Jocelin, who had been feeling just fine with their family's line of work, while her sister was not feeling that way. Her sister felt that what they were doing was very wrong, so she led Jocelin out to the nearest paddock of cows and let them out. Jocelin had not known what her sister was planning.

For the first time since she could remember, Jocelin separated herself from her sister. She later found out that her sister's punishment was a public whipping. Though even after that, her sister didn't return home. She had run away. This changed something deep within Jocelin.

She was rarely the happy girl she used to be after that day. She was more reserved. She barely offered more than a hello to other people for the first few months. Jocelin eventually began to open up again. The girl never got back to being her old self again.
