Cecily is what people call "The Autumn Snowflake". Cecily has dark brown hair that is slightly curly. It goes down to the very end of her small chest. Cecily is fairly pale sense she never goes outside. She would much rather stay at home, and help around the house. She has large eyes that give people the impression that she is younger than her age, and that she is also innocent. Her eye color is a slight evergreen with flecks of the lightest blue. She lives up to her name meaning blind. Cecily is blind in her left eye from a birth defect.

Another reason why Cecily is considered innocent is her size. She is shorter than most girls her age, merely 4 foot 7 inches. Imagine a small girl,large eyes, eyes as green as the surrounding trees. Frail as a snowflake itself.

Cecily is also 76 pounds putting in perspective that she is a little girl that lives in the Seam, poor, sometimes doesn't get anything to eat at all. Cecily has a small mutation that she's had sense birth. She has blotches of red, orange, light brown, and yellow all over her body almost like the leaves of Autumn in-bedding into her skin. Matched with her fair complextion and light eyes. This is how she got the nickname of "The Autumn Snowflake".

Personality:

Cecily is exactly what you take her to be when you look at her. She is shy, innocent, and in short, helpless. She isn’t much for making friends, and she really doesn’t have the time of day to look for any. By Cecily being helpless. I don’t mean completely helpless. She has some strength but in general she just isn’t strong, fast, quick witted. Ect.

The only trait that shines through in Cecily is her Diligence. Cecily will work at something with the best of her ability until it is completed to her satisfaction. This can be both a blessing and a curse for Cecily in many ways. Cecily has seen a lot of death in her short life so far. The Hunger Games, family deaths, death….death…..death…. She has no real perspective on it expect that It just looks painful and the most horrible experience that can happen to her. Slipping into cold darkness, Numbness embracing your body from the very last tip of a hair strand to the last skin cell on your toes. She hates death all in all.

One thing about Cecily. If you make her angry she will give you the lash out of your life!! Another thing is that she longs in her heart to have someone that loves her to the ends of the Earth and back.

History:

Cecily has a very bleak past. When she was only 7 years old her oldest sister Cymthia was caught poaching in the woods outside District 12. Cecily had to watch in horror with her other two sisters both older Crimson, and Cancer as their beloved sister had to eventually.....get exicuted. That moment when she watched that fire squad pull the trigger. She watched the bullet plunge into her heart. She watched as the warm crimson red blood flowed out. Her sister was dead.

She watched her body be carried up. Her heart was broken. Mind scared. Soul darkened. She promised herself she would live through life as if it were Cymthia living through her. Each and everyday she thinks of her. Yet there are days she cries her heart out. Luckily her eldest sister Cancer is here for her.

A few years later Crimson died of sickness. Another part of her heart broken. Soul more darkened. Cancer helps bring light to it. Cecily's mother helps feed the residents of the seem that don't even have anything at all. Her father works in the coal mines. Cancer and Cecily stay home and help with house work.

Cancer is Cecily's inspiration to move through each day with grace and to be thankful for what they have. Cecily just hopes that one day. She will be able to avenge Cymthia's death. Even if it takes an entire lifetime.
