Once you see him you will never forget him. Manius stands at five feet and eight inches tall with 132 pounds on his body. He has straight brown hair and a small mustache. He has dark green piercing eyes although he lost one during a fight. He has jagged facial features and high jaws. He always has a bandage wrapped around the left side of his head covering up his bad eye.
He is moderately strong and has okay but not great muscles. He isn't ugly but not what you would call handsome. He could blend into a crowd and he uses this to his advantage; the most handsome guy would be recognized everywhere he goes. He usual has his hair slicked back and doesn't bother with trying to mess with it. He has lightly tanned skin and has never been known to look pale.
Personality:
Manius is pretty social but he hates large groups of people. He gets annoyed at their stupidity and often is rude to people he thinks are dumb. He believes that dumb people shouldn't blabber their mouths about things they don't know about. If people are rude, "being dumb", and don't interest him he usually give them the cold shoulder and does not interact with those people. He is usually only friends with people who understand what they are talking about and not just blabbering on about something because someone else said it.
Manius is nice to his friends and family and will do favors(within reason) for them. He sometimes thinks he is better than everybody but tries to remind himself that he isn't all that great. He has a very short temper and sometimes will yell and even beat up people who get him mad, this often gets him in trouble with certain groups on the streets. He thinks his anger could help him in the arena if he gets reaped because he gets pretty vicious while attacking people. He tries to control his anger but most of the time he just avoids annoying people.
He is different from most people because he adores the Capitol and justifies the Hunger Games. To him the Hunger games are really fair and he enjoys them a lot. He isn't afraid of starving or dying in the Games as he will die any way.He is paranoid of people trying to kill him in his sleep and and almost never goes outside after 10:00pm. He is also not very trusting of shady and vague characters as he thinks they have something to hide.

His life was uneventful until the age of 6; when he first went to school. He usually butted heads with the other students that got on his nerves. They said things of so little value it got really, really old for him. He loves it whenever the Hunger Games happen and watches them with great enthusiasm.
At fifteen he punched this guy named Jorge, who made Manius' blood boil every time he spoke, across the face and proceeded to beat him up until Jorge's friends arrived and pulled him off, he tried to fight but ended up getting a finger in his left eye. When he arrived home he wrapped up his eye with bandages his father had in a drawer. At sixteen years old he became increasingly paranoid after hearing about a recent murder and took up his rule: never go out past 10:00pm.
He also hates it when people trash talk and make fun of the Capitol because in his eyes the Capitol is being very generous for not obliterating all of the districts. He loves peacekeepers and treats them with respect and some people like to say he gives off information to them, which he would if he found these people's business interesting enough. He rarely wants tributes from his district to win and would rather see a career take the title. He like making targets and practice throwing spears at them. He wants to win the Hunger Games and live in ease for the rest of his life and gawk at the common folk barely scrapping along.
