Who should've won the Hunger Games?

If Peeta and Katniss died during the Games, who do you think should've won? After Foxface I kind of ran out of ideas, so I just started posting random ones.

Personally, I'm voting for Foxface. Though I admire the crippled kid's ability to stay alive for a surprisingly long time, I think Foxface had a good strategy.
