Amy has thin, soft red hair with many waves in it. She mostly wears it down, and it is very long, almost reaching her waist. Her thin eyebrows are neat, right above her large, almond-shaped baby blue eyes. She has a bit of a big nose. Her lips are thin and pale pink, mostly keeping a straight face. She is pale, and with many freckles.

Amy has a gaunt stature, and she is very weak. Being a bit short, she resembles more of a fourteen-year-old in body shape, having very little development. Amy has small hands and feet, but they are very quick and she is very skilled. She mostly wears a black t-shirt, old pants, and a long brown wool coat.

Personality:

Amy is very clever. She is always thinking and trying to solve problems, and she walks around as though she owns the District. She is handy with her hands as she is with her head, fixing things and creating toys or little gadgets for someone. She was never very into painting or sculpting, finding invention with wood and metal more pleasing. The most artistic thing she has done is paint a puzzle.

Amy is not a shy person, she just prefers the quiet of solitude. She does enjoy occasional companionship, but not for long and never letting them get to close. When they do get close, there is nothing in the world that can rip her away from protecting them. She is loyal, honest, and modest, but she can be bossy, overconfident in her cleverness, and very rash in her decisions.

Nothing is left of her parents. Amy lives with her grandfather and little brother, who is ten. These two boys are her entire world, and no one can count how many toys she has made her brother or how many times she has "improved" upon the things in her grandfather's house. Then there are the books. The endless piles of books stacked in her home, on everything from cooking to the fantasy world of Noop.

History:

Amy Leon was born to Mavis and Jos Leon, a young couple in the Seam with very little to lose. Four years later her little brother arrived, though her mother died in childbirth. At this, Amy's father moved the children and himself into Mavis' father's house. They were still poor, maybe even more so, but they were somewhat happy. All except for their father, of course, who drowned himself a few months after the move in.

Amy's little brother was not too affected, finding his place in their grandfather's lap to be perfect for him, but Amy could not forget her parents no matter how hard she tried. Eventually, it wasn't so bad, and she loved her grandfather more than before, but she never forgot them. Her brother and grandfather became her last family, and she was going to protect them with every ounce of life she had in her.

When she was six, she discovered her love for invention, and teacher began commenting on her usage of object to create new, better ones. She advanced quickly in school, skipping a year. A few years later, she skipped another one. She loved when people commented on her mind, and showed off at every chance she had. Eventually she did gain a lot of attention, though she ignored the attention and let people wonder all they wanted - she was going to go find a nice quiet place and work.
