Every diamond start out as a hump of coal under the ground. In District one the most of us are diamonds, though some of us are still coals, like my family for example. We are a poor family in the district. We look out for eachother and take care. We are careers to make each other proud and not for the blood. We truly are the coals of District one....
Angela Cole/31/Female/open: Angela is the mother and is very protective of her babies. She raised them not to be selfish and to care for others, unlike her siblings ever did for her. She grew up as a self-centered brat as most girls did till she met her husband which changed her ways.
Darius Cole/34/Male/Open: Darius always lived as one of the poorest of the district, working in a small beaten up jewelry shop that never earned much business. His motto was always what doesn't kill you makes you stronger and taught it to his kids and drilled it in there brain.
Moana "Mo" Cole/18/Female/heartstohearts123: Mo is a born leader. She is always playing tough for her younger sisters, even though they don't need it. She makes sure they are always presentable, because she says they can't afford to ruin their "good"reputation even more after their cousins. Though the family never had a good rep.(is a career)
Svenja Cole/15/Female/Minieclover Bio link: Svenja is known as a softie around the district. Everybody shakes their head in disgust as she walks by. They say she is too nice and nobody understands why she is a career. Though what most people don't know is that girl can kick ass, she just doesn't want to.
Gwendolyn "Gwen" Cole/15/Female/Open: Gwen is hardcore. Unlike her twin she is a mega bitch. She is not afraid to show people what she can do, whether it is giving someone a black eye or dancing on the dancefloor. Just don't mess with her family or your dead.
Isaiah Mason/17/Male/Emsrocks: Isaiah is not really part of the family nor is his sister. They are the children of Angela's sister. Isaiah and his sis still kept their original last name as they moved in. Isaiah is a lot like Gwen. He is a born troublemaker and is not afraid to say his mind, he is always getting in trouble.
Hylla Mason/14/Female/Open: Hylla didn't take it well as her parents just dissapeard. She started a life of stealing even though she doesn't seem like she would do such a thing.
Note: All characters between the age of 12 and 18 in this plot are not just careers but are also eligible for the reaping.
