Appearance:

Blair is average height, about 5'5''. She has a slight build, but is not weak by any means. She has good posture and is really poised - keeps her shoulder back and her stomach in. Her skin is fair, and she usually has a small sunburn across her nose and under her eyes because of this.

Blair has long, blonde hair. It reaches down to her belly button. Her hair usually gets a little frizzy in heat, but is straight for the most part. Her eyes are hazel - being brown, blue, and green. The dominant colour always depends on the lighting of the room or what colour she is wearing.

Her face is heart-shaped, full lips, and size C breasts.

Personality:

Blair can be sweet when she chooses to be, but is usually very sarcastic. She is fairly aggressive and competitive, usually choosing a victory over friendship. Her aggression is fuelled by her intelligence; her words are as biting as any physical violence.

Blair doesn't let her personal life get in the way of any success or goals. She is very driven, but forgets about her friends and family quite often when striving for something. Due to her competitive nature, Blair rarely lets anything stand in her way. Whatever problems arise, she powers through them, never taking no for an answer.

Although she can't hold on to friends very easily, Blair is not introverted. She will talk to anyone who is comfortable enough to talk to her. She is honest to the point of being blunt, resourceful, and intuitive. However, Blair can be too impulsive and get herself into trouble.

History:

Blair is the middle child in a family of three sisters. Her mother and father both work in a factory making the luxury items for the Capitol. Blair's older sister, Iris, is 20 and works as a hair stylist, making wigs and cutting hair for people in the Capitol. Her younger sister, Pearl, is 14. Blair and Pearl both attend the same school.

Life for Blair is fairly cookie-cutter. They generally have more than enough to eat, and have fancier clothes than people in other districts - although they are not as fancy as the Capitol itself. The family owned a calico cat, but it ran away when it was just a kitten. Blair never liked the thing, so she was just fine when it left.

Blair's extra-curricular activities include doing her schoolwork - she considers this unfortunate - running, and training to (hopefully) one day participate in the Hunger Games. Her preferred career (if she never becomes a Victor) is to make fancy wine for the Capitol, as this is what her grandfather did, and they always got free wine out of it.

Hey Blair,

Great bio! There's one small thing that needs to be clarified or changed, and it's the part about Iris. Does Iris still live in District 1 since she cuts hair for people in the Capitol? We normally do not allow citizens to move to other districts or the Capitol.

She still lives in District 1. I guess I should have just said she makes wigs for people in the Capitol. They are shipped from District 1 to the Capitol.
