Aelius (Lee) is a relatively handsome fellow. He has spiked up black hair that he likes to keep cut relatively short. The spikiness comes from how he rarely takes care of it except for small sessions in the mornings when he wakes up. He will go to the bathroom and fix the messyness so that it looks on purpose. He is pale, like most Capitolites. Lee has green eyes that seem to glow when he's at his happiest, but appear nearly black when he is angry.

Lee is of a relatively normal height. He is about 5'10. Lee hates exercise, but he loves sex. So he works out so that he can take his shirt off in public to attract the many exotic women who live in the Capitol. Lee weighs about 170 pounds, most of which is muscle. This is the frame that you can see when the sun shines behind him, muscular. It is his favorite and main attribute.

Personality:

Lee is a very outgoing person. This is because of his extreme persistence and incredibly thick skull. Lee will absolutely not give up what he wants, even if the authorities get involved. Lee has been known to get into trouble simply because he refuses to do things that don't appeal to him. If you have a kid in your class who has a constant flow of sassy remarks for a teacher, that is him.

Lee also has wit. He can come up with responses and remarks on the spot. This helps to earn him popularity, but with the bad crowds. Those kinds of people generally look up to him, but he's not exactly a good role model. As stated before he is trouble in human form. With his short temper you'll find him yelling at you more than he is complimenting you. Lee also has no concept of social grace. No matter how many times his parents told him to chew with his mouth closed he would always chew with it open. He never holds open doors for people and will never be caught saying please or thank you.

Lee has a very active prowess. He likes to get out at nights and go to bars. He refuses to drink, sometimes he does drink a couple beers, but he prefers to stay quick and alert for the girl that is hammered. He will pick her up and take her home. If she is able to start a relationship with him, it is brief. You can see girls leave his apartment nearly every other morning. This does get Lee a lot of bad rep though, but as they say, women love a bad boy.

History:

Lee has a very wonderful history by most standards. His family is filthy rich because both of his parents are surgeons for the hospitals. Lee is able to just feed off of the money whenever he needs it, not even needing to have a job. Lee's mother and father are the exact opposite of Lee. They have very passive and laid back personalities and they prefer to let others have their way. This is what has allowed Lee to be very riley and outgoing, because his parents would let him get his way too often. Lee now has a large apartment that he pays for with his parent's money. He really has only ever used it for attracting the many women he's had there.

Lee as a child loved to participate in the flamboyant costumes that the Capitol called clothes. But as he grew older, and more rebellious, he preferred to go against the common way of doing things and dress as a wealthy person from the Districts would. This gave Lee more attention than he could've asked for. This is why he still dresses subtly, so as to attract more attention to himself in this crazy Capitol world.

Lee also has a history of trouble. As you can probably tell from his personality that he had many conflicts, especially with authorities. He was arrested about a dozen times in his adolescence, and is getting better now. He was arrested for using drugs a couple of times, but mostly he was arrested for attempted robbery or just being spotted in the wrong place at the wrong time. When he was a child he had many disputes with his teachers and fellow students, causing him to have not-such-a-clean permanent record. But he does not care, for he has all he needs from his parents.
