Actions/Descriptions Speaking Other's Speaking Thoughts
Remo hadn't been doing much recently. He's left Annastasia's house and went back to the Moreno's after Emery had died last games. Remo hadn't been feeling so great, the weather has given him a cold and yesterday he had been puking. Today, though was different. He felt better enough to go train a bit at the local career training place, where he would meet Annastasia at. His whole plan for going in there is to scare a bit of the kids around and prove his strength and stability. Remo always had to show how strong he was, especially in front of his girl now. The memories of his ex flashed in his mind, but Annastasia wasn't like her. She couldn't be like her. His ex was worse and caused him to go through a time he won't ever wish upon anyone, but many people still go through it.
The square was especially quiet today. Kids were scurrying off for school or training. Shops were having lunch and closed. Families were at home doing whatever they normal do during lunch. Remo's guitar was hung over his shoulder waiting to be used like always. He felt himself shiver in delight over the memories his guitar had caused. Remo pulled it out of it's case, put the guitar strap over his shoulder, closed the case and hung it over his shoulder behind him. The guitar felt like a fire in his hands. His fingers moved softly and slowly playing a tune. The one thing he hasn't done in awhile. Playing guitar was his hobby and it was his favorite thing to do. Remo never put any thought into naming an object until recently. Remo named his guitar "Dino" after his brother who he had killed.
Dino Havarti was his brother's name. Remo was Remo Havarti. He is the only Havarti left. The last Havarti that was left in his family. The only one there is. Remo had been contemplating a lot of things. One of which was his past and what he wants to do in the future. Another was the fact that he doesn't want to be the end of the line for the Havarti family. He couldn't kill the family off. He couldn't be the last one. He was a Moreno now, but in a year or so, he would change his name back to Havarti. He would have kids some day to continue on his legacy.
The training center was in sight and so was his girl. Annastasia, a gift to Remo from above. The suffering was still there. It would always be there. There were secrets Remo had never told anyone, not even Annastasia. Secrets that he would keep to himself. All alone is not a way to live a life, Remo knows that and now he wasn't alone. He had friends. He had a girlfriend. Nothing could get him off his high lately, but the thoughts are always in the back of his mind. Always eating away at him. He's been being strong for them. For the ones he loves. Remo is always being stronger for the others he loves.
Remo approached Annastasia with his guitar in hands. The boy felt his heart rate rise. He had a question he wanted to ask her badly, but was it the right time for him to ask. Remo couldn't make up his mind, so he just walked up to her and hugged her and swiftly pulled away. He spoke out sarcastically, "Don't wanna get you sick, now do we?" Remo was making up his mind at that very moment. He knew he needed to do it now or later. If not, it may not happen. He smiled and spoke calmly, "Anna, I... I just wanted to say. I.. I think you could be the one. The one that I want to be with. The one I want to live with. I know it's super early and I hope we aren't going too fast, but I just... I just wanted to ask you. Remo got down on one knee. Remo pulled the box out from his pocket and held it out. He spoke again "I'm not proposing hear me out. It's a promise. A promise that I will treat you right. A promise that I will love you. I love you a lot. I know we don't see each other often. I am probably going way too fast for you. I just... I just want you to know it." Remo smiled at her, waiting for her reply. He took a deep breath and readied himself for the big impact. Remo was in over his head sometimes and right now was one of those moments.
