Hi guys! About a year ago I played on a different hunger games rpg. We used to do this thing around every 2 months we would have a "Be Yourself Hunger Games." I totally forgot it but remembered since the reaping just got started. Basically It's the same as the hunger games but with a few tweaks. First of all, you will be rping as yourself in, "real life." What would the real you do? I modified it a bit so we can connect it to this hunger games a bit. It was quite different on the other website.


Anyway, to join all you have to do is say what district you want to be in then make an opening post. You can write post WIP if you need to work on it. Anyway write as yourself. Also the first people to join and choose a career district gets a few minor bonuses which I will discuss later. Basically it is an extra chance to be in the HGs but not get a prize or special name pic or anything. Sorry I'm not an admin. I can't do that. This is not official. Just another JFF. Remember you aren't in character.

Pretend the person on the stage already pulled names. Also, have yourself not know that you are controlling it and that there were others to be pulled out of the reaping bowl. Also keep it to usernames. Not real names. Unless you username is your name. Also say how much words you have in the reaping post. You need 120 or more for it to be acceptable. Remember you can write WIP Post on them if you aren't done. You can also write more than one reaping post. For example: I posted for D1m then bobetta does D1f. You can reply to whatever the other person posts. Remember that one person in D2 can't talk to someone in D12 at the reaping.

I breathe in deeply and then out slowly. They can't pull my name this year. They just can't. But they can. No. I can't afford to think like that. "And the District One Tribute is," I'm freaking out. "Puppy." I can't believe it. My breath is heavy and I walk up to the stage. My eyes are wide with horror. Yes I'm a career but I can't be expected to kill anybody. Right? I'm still just a kid. Well, teen.

I slowly walk up to the stage. I still can't believe it. Why me out of all the other people in District one who could be reaped? I look over my shoulder as I walk up. I am afraid of what I will see. I close my eyes. Then open them.

My mother and sister are crying in horror. My father is as pale as a sheet. My brother, laughing gleefully because I got reaped and not him. He always hated me. I walk to the podium now positive about something. I will win just to show him that I'm not a loser like he thinks I am.

Tick Tock Goes the clock.

I look at the "welcoming" stage that I helped decorate yesterday. We did it that way to make our victors happy. You know that one of you will die. Yes, now it's me who's going in there. Me, the one who would spend her six hours a day at the training center doing purely hand to hand combat. Me, the person who refused to pick up any weapon but a bow. Yes, I, who only had one best friend who only had one herself. They picked my name five seconds ago and now it's time to go.

My friend nudges me in the elbow through her tears. She wasn't sobbing though, nether was I. Then the escort says my name again I run on stage. If it wasn't tradition I wouldn't of felt like running. The escort asks me for my name. "Hearts", I say. I don't say my real name. Why would I? Nothing in the hunger games is real, it's just twenty three people dying and twenty four trying not to become one of them.

I don't even look to see who the male was. It doesn't really matter to me anyways. If I am to live, he is to die, that is the terrible truth. Sure, we might be in a alliance together but, we won't know each other. He might of seen me, but he doesn't know me. My boyfriend turned nineteen last week and is not eligible for this reaping. He is the only boy I care about, and I will never let the Hunger Games change that.

Looking at the crowd, I see my mother and my two sisters crying their eyes out. My dad is staring at me. No, he doesn't hate me, he knows that I will win. I, on the other hand am not so sure of that. Then I see my boyfriend, crying, but not sobbing. My last glance before I finally look at my district partner is at my best friend. She is now just starting to let out the majority of her tears.

These are the people I'm fighting for.

Hi Puppy - unfortunately, we don't allow people to run their own Hunger Games, even in JFF. This is really not very different from how we have our OOCG, and to keep that event special (and to keep things fair for people in our actual Games) we don't allow people to run their own. Please don't continue with this, and please don't try it again in the future.
