My character is name Alexis, Alex for short. Despite the boyish nickname, Alex is actually a girl. Alex lives right outside The Seam in district 12, though usually likes to visit.
Appearance
Alexis has sparkling emerald-green eyes, an obvious way that you could tell she's not a seam kid. She's twelve years old, though she's very tall. Plus, since not many people have good meals in district twelve, she is very skinny. She has jet-black hair plus pale skin, so she blushes a lot. Alexis's stare is as cold and as hard as granite. She's the kind of person who looks strong but is actually quite weak, so she doesn't have much body strength.
Despite her lack of body strength, she has the kind of face that will make you do anything for her. Because of her easy way to manipulate people, she is quite sneaky. She is pretty, but usually has a scowl on her face, for she is not very social.
History
Alex has a pretty normal history. She was born and raised just outside the seam, and she's about as poor as a seam kid. She's tried to have a job, but she always fails when she realizes it involves working. She has had a couple jobs at the bakery, but she got fired because she was caught eating the food. Since no one has a job in her family, there really poor. They can make it by selling things at the hob, though. There is the reason why she's skinny, because her parents can't afford much food, and why she's so poor.
There is also a reason why she never liked people, especially boys. She has had countless relationships with boys, only to end up with her being humiliated. She also had very fickle friends, too. All her friends always dumped her, leaving her lost and alone.
Plus some friends she had that haven't betrayed her got sent into the hunger games. Another reason why she hates the Capitol. Her parents always love the Capitol, so that's why she usually ignores them, yet another reason she's antisocial.
So now you know some things about her, and her parents. Yet you don't know about her other family members. She has two brothers who always annoy her. They don't have a very good relationship, but deep down she loves them. She also has one older sister, whom, unlike her brothers, she doesn't love at all. They always fight, take each other's things, and prank each other. Though Alex doesn't like her sister, she enjoys pranking her. All of those things add up to her history.

Alex is an antisocial person. Because of her lack of friends, she just tunes everyone out, leaving her without a social life. Yet if one day you do get to be her friend, she is kind of nice. She cares for other people, though she may not always show it.
One of the main reasons for her meanness is because she's stubborn. She never listens to anyone, and she always thinks she's right. She is also ignorant so not only does she not listen to people's ideas, she also ignores them.
She's also very antisocial. She doesn't just dislike people, she completely tunes them out. She loves being online, though she never talks to anyone. If you want to communicate to her, try talking to her about the capitol, because she won't listen to anyone else.
