Cable has straight,, shoulder-length brown hair, usually tied into a ponytail. It tends to be rather messy. She has big, brown eyes with dark circles underneath, due to her erratic sleeping habits. She has light tan skin, with a dusting of freckles. She has a distinctive birthmark on her cheekbone.

Small and Skinny, with a small chest and hips. However, she has a bit of pudge on her stomach. She's not the most muscular. She is rather short for a 16 year old, which she is rather touchy about. She considers herself cute, and dresses casually. She is a fast runner but is not very strong.

Personality:

Cable is a sweet, bubbly girl hidden under a few layers of social awkwardness, introversion, and a short temper. Prone to sudden mood swings, Cable can be rather hard to get along with. She tends to jump into other's conversations uninvited, and she doesn't seem to realize that others find this annoying.

Cable is very intelligent and eloquent, partially due to coming from one of the wealthier families in District 3. She lets this status go to her head and can think that she is better than others. She also tends to have a very dark sense if humor, and a love of incredibly corny puns. She is prone to talking about nothing in particular for a while, but will be quiet if asked. She can be a bit quick to judge.

Once you get to know her, however, Cable is very loyal to those who are kind to her. She tries to help her friends with issues they may have. She is generous to them as well, happy to share some candy with them. She always has her pockets stuffed full of sweets. She also fidgets a lot.

History:

Cable comes from a wealthy background.Her father, Atom, is a determined, no-nonsense man who works hard to support his family. He is almost constantly at work as a researcher. She isn't very close with him but wishes she could be. Her mother, Lumen, is an emotional yet strong woman who cares deeply about others, including Cable.

She showed signs of great intelligence at a young age, but tended to have angry outbursts that prevented her peers from wanting to get close to her. As she grew older, she retreated into herself more and more, hypocritically wishing someone would try to befriend her. She has always been terrified that people find her annoying, which they often do.

Over time, Cable decided to just stay close with the friends she has and stopped caring what others think, leading to her occasionally acting strange in social settings. She began putting her intelligence to use by building basic machines out of spare parts. Her father tries to bring her spare parts when he can, happy that she has something constructive to do.
