Would Capitol Citizens be homophobic?

A Capitol citizen I am currently creating is bisexual, and I am unsure of whether this would be generally accepted in the Capitol or not. Yep, it's a weird thing for me to ask as soon as I join the board, but I would really like some input.

Honestly, lots of people ask questions like these. It honestly depends on the character, cause not all capitolists are homophobic, but they can be. It honestly depends on the character, but I mean you can mention that homophobic ideas there. It's like real life really. Some people accept it and some people don't. Just think of it like that. Though, I'd like to get some further clarification from a staff member here too.

Okay, thanks. She's pretty high-class, in a more 'cultured' group of people, so I think they would be pretty okay with it, but I'll probably mention some less accepting people she has encountered.

We prefer to leave things up to the members, rather than detailing every aspect of Panem culture. ^^ I have a lesbian Capitolite who is unable to come out to her parents, due to their social posturing to find her a husband.
