So in March (last month), I nominated and voted for every category, but I never got the points for either. Is it a mistake or has the staff just not gotten around to giving out incentive points for March OTM nominations and voting? If staff is busy, I fully understand, but I just want to make sure that this isn't a mistake.

Faith - there will be a topic in the Notice Board every month when nominations and voting are open. Typically nominations open on the 21st of the month, and voting around 25th. You can also always ask someone in the cbox. Right now we're using a google doc system but that may change in the future. ^^
