Appearance: 

Oriana, tall and slender. She's got long, brown hair that falls past her shoulders and down her back. It's thin and straight and tangles easily. Her lips have a natural plump and she has a mousy face. Her freckles are aplenty, but light enough to where you can only notice them when you're up close. Her button nose, bedroom eyes and natural smirk always made her a district favorite among boys. She has long legs with bony knee's and ankles. Bony elbows to match. Her collar bone stick out noticeably.

Her general, everyday outfit is a pair of worn, blue jeans. She wears a tattered old pale blue fitted t-shirt. On special occasions, she has an old, floral orange sundress. Her brown boots are eaten up with age. She always wears a pair of black, fingerless gloves. She owns a pair of what she calls her "lucky socks."

Personality: 

Oriana is very happy-go-lucky. She may seem lost at time, generally due to day dreaming. She always keeps a smile, despite the world she lives in. She finds the happiness and humor and everything. When bad things happen to her, she has a way of laughing it off. She's been lucky enough for her parents and two little brothers to have survived this life so far, so she thinks she has tons to be happy about.

Oriana has a special place in her heart for singing. She has two little brothers, ages 4 and 10. She always sings them to sleep. And singing helps her get through her work better than anything else. She's always been very musical, from singing her first melody to being able to bang on any pots or pans she could get ahold of.

She's also is practically an expert at wood carving. Her father gave her an old pocket knife for her 11th birthday and there was no looking back from there. She carved cute little statues, plates, home decorations even small weapons. Nothing that could do any real damage, but still effective for chores here and there.

History:

Being from the district that specializes in livestock, the Parks family were known farm animal breeders. Bigger than their own house, they had a barn that held several cows, pigs and chickens. This came in handy because Oriana, in a fit of sneakiness, would keep some milk or eggs for herself and her family. Oriana has a love for their farm animals and is always tending to them.

As the oldest out of three children, Oriana has taken on a lot of responsibility in the house. Her father has a bad back and her mother almost always has her hands full with the animals. So Oriana played mother the majority of the time with the boys. Her family has a great relationship and are very close, but most so that Oriana is the glue of the family due to her happy and charming personality.

Oriana has many friends at school and gets along with almost everyone in her district. Some people dislike her because they look at her happiness as a weakness and that it's fake. But Oriana knows how her happiness effects the people around her and does her best to keep the friendly atmosphere going.
