Age: 18
Gender: Male
District: District Eleven - Agriculture
Appearance:

Louie stands at about five feet eleven inches and weighs roughly one hundred and twenty pounds. He is relatively thin but do not underestimate him, he can lift heavy loads if he wants to. During his job, which is working in the fields, he works extremely hard. A small amount of people actually know who he is, but the ones who do appreciate his hard work.
Louie tends to wear fairly dark clothes most of the time, and no matter what it is he cuts the sleeves short. He cannot stand the heat, as he has health-related problems with too much heat. He normally wears a dark shirt with the sleeves cut off and always wears a hat no matter where he is. He keeps a silver necklace, which was given to him by his mother, around his neck wherever he goes.
Louie's face is fairly round, but more of an oval type of shape. His ears sit just below his hairline, and are not too large. His eyes are a deep blue and are not "huge" eyes. His eyes are speckled with a greenish color, but is barely noticeable unless you are extremely close. His mouth is not too large and his lips are fairly thin. His chin is not very large or anything and doesn't stand out. His eyebrows sit slightly closer to his eyes than usual, but are not super "bushy". His forehead is barely larger than the average person and is kind of wide. His hair is dark brown and is usually pretty messy. On the rare occasion when he actually fixes up his hair, normally it's spiked up a bit. He has a slight mustache growing over his lip as well as a beard, which he intends to let grow out.
He does not look as strong as he is. He can lift about 75 pounds and probably a bit more. The people who actually know Louie, appreciate his hard work in the fields and treat him very well. Even though he isn't well-known, he feels as if he was. If Louie wants to, he can run very fast and normally takes runs throughout the district. He has great hand-eye coordination, but cannot throw a punch very well.
Personality:
Louie is normally pretty nice to people, unless they are from the Capitol. He cannot stand those from the Capitol - all that stupid makeup and tattoos and stuff. Even the smell of them makes him feel like he is going to puke. He fears many things, but the select few that he fears most are bees and heights. If Louie is high above ground, he begins to breath heavily and tenses up, and if a bee comes near him he swats around and tries to run away. Louie is also very caring, if somebody is hurt, as long as they are not from the Capitol, he will try to the best of his abilities to help them. He is very trustworthy to others unless he gets the eerie feeling that he is being tricked. If he feels that he is being tricked, in a dire situation where it is necessary, he can and will try to hurt them. Normally he is not violent, but Louie is willing to do anything for those who deserve it. If Louie feels he is close to somebody, he will literally sacrifice his life for them is he must. In example: Joe is aiming and Bob's throat with his bow. He lets go of the string so Louie jumps and pushes Bob out of the way. Louie gets an arrow to the shoulder. Louie values friends and family higher than himself, and cannot stand to see a friend or family member die or even get injured. If it were to happen he gets extremely angry and occasionally goes into slight depression. He often feels worried about politics and economy, though he does not want to get involved in them. Louie normally works extra to get more money, worried that the economy will completely fall soon. He is also very concerned about the agricultural world is coming to a downfall. Louie is pretty well educated. He has a huge interest in figuring things out himself, so often he would preform "experiments" in the fields until his father stopped working.
History:
Louie was born on August Seventh in a small cottage. His parents were Karen and Richard, both farmers. As soon as he was old enough, they taught him how to work in the fields. Louie harvested, planted, and also took care of some animals in the area. His childhood was like everyone else's, just helping out in the fields. When he was eight, he learned that heat caused a reaction in his system, so he had to be careful. When he was nine, he had been late to meet his father in the fields and, not thinking, he ran out in a long-sleeved shirt and long pants. He was halfway to his father when he passed out. A while after, his mother and father found him and brought him back to the house. From then on, he had cut all the sleeves off of his shirts and always wore shorts. Once again, everything was normal until he was fifteen. His mother had gotten a sickness, most likely from one of the farm animals. She was dangerously sick for about two weeks, but then she stopped breathing. Just before she passed, she gave Louie a silver necklace with the faces of their family inside. Louie almost never takes it off. From then on, Louie's father was depressed. He had slowed down his work and began to drink alcohol whenever he could get his hands on it. Louie, alone with a drunken father, was forced to do double the work he had already done. His father refused to do any work. He worked for almost the entire day all week and didn't complain at all. Soon, his father got sick, most likely the same way as Louie's mother. Louie's father did survive and learned how bad it really was watching Louie do all the work. He stood by the window, watching Louie work for days and days. After about a month, he decided to help Louie. He apologized to him several times and Louie forgave him. Ever since then, Louie and his father were very close. Louie made enough money to purchase the materials to make his own small hut behind his father's house and now lives there. HE has taken great care of his small hut, but it is fairly good for living. Louie continues to work in the fields, but longs to visit the other districts.
Other Info: Louie has a birthmark on the back of his neck that slightly looks like a bird's wing. He has three scars; one from getting cut on a rock in the fields (Located on his right leg); one from tripping onto a metal wire that had fallen from a fence (Located on his left forearm); and one from accidentally cutting himself with a field scythe (Located on the back of his left leg).
