Name: Lucius Scaffold
Age: 16
Gender: Male
District: District Two (Masonry)
Appearance:
Lucius has average sized black, in which he spiked the front up a bit into an upwards curve. His eyes are a lighter shade of green, and lie just a little bit further away than most people's, though it is mostly unnoticeable. His skin is paler tan color, and has an arrow-shaped birthmark on his upper left arm. There's a small scar, about the size of a thumb, on his left forearm. His chin comes to a slight point, giving his face a more sharpened look. Lucius is not very strong, but not to be considered lanky. He cannot lift anything that is super heavy, but he is reasonably strong. Even though he's from District Two, he still isn't strong enough to do much of the work his father has him do.
He is pretty skinny, but he can do the easier things. The one thing he cannot do, is carry things around for his father. Being so skinny, he is able to run very fast without stopping for quite some time. He has decent reflexes, definitely above average. Many would say Lucius is a very good looking guy, especially when he, on special occasions, slicks back his hair.
Usually, Lucius wears a black, button-up, plaid shirt most of the time. Along with that, he has a white fedora that has a black stripe all the way around. He wears normal jeans with a hole in the knee. As for shoes, he could care less, but he usually has on a pair of black and white sneakers.
Personality:
Lucius is not shy at all, and makes friends pretty easily. He wouldn't be considered super outgoing, but he is willing to put himself out there if he wants to. His temper is extremely short, he's like a cannon. He'll blow up at you for some of the stupidest reasons, then realize later how stupid it was and feel bad about it. He may feel bad, but not any extremes. He'll simply tell you he's sorry and hope that you accept it. He refuses to suck up to anybody, friend or not. Though not afraid of being as weak as he is, he thinks it's a bad thing to show it openly.
He is the most open when he is happy. Whether he's just having a good day, or was given good news, anything of the like, he is very open with people. On the flip side, when he's sad, he shuts everything out and doesn't listen to people. He just needs to be alone. He's a people person when in a good mood, but whenever he isn't, he hates people as a whole, including himself.
If he is in a good mood, not only is he open, but he seems to tell people a bit more than they need to know. And it's not always a good thing, which occasionally gets a bit odd/weird. He is a very trustworthy person, willing to hold a secret if he needs to. He has, on a few cases, led several people in the wrong direction with a smart twist to make them believe the opposite of what the secret is. If fighting, being insulted, anything like that, he chooses never to back down. In fact, once, he got into a fight, in which he lost by being so.
Lucius makes up for what he lacks with brawn with brains. He has a quick mind, allowing him to solve many logical problems without much difficulty. He does what he thinks is right, not what he is told. Being so smart, he is able to plan out his moves quickly before he does them.
History:
Lucius was born August Seventh in District Two. He grew up with his parents in a small, brick house with just enough space for the warmth of their fireplace to reach the entire space. It may have been a small house, but it was fit for his family. His mother and father had only one child, Lucius, and enjoyed it that way. A real cozy family they were, they got along great. His mother, Lina, would cook for Lucius and his father, David, when they arrived from working all day. Lucius had started going to work with his dad when he was only five years old, though, being so young, he was a real handful. For that reason, Lucius was taught how to bring his father tools for his job (Working as a mason).
As he grew older, he helped his father lay brick and such. When he was eleven, he carried bricks, not too many at a time though, and stacked them so they could be used for the build. His father greatly appreciated it, though was a bit disappointed in how weak his son was. but that didn't stop him from teaching Lucius. Lucius was successfully taught how to do the full job when he was fourteen. IT was, yes, a difficult job, but it was definitely possible for him.
At one point, he returned home with his father to learn that his house had been robbed. His mother had been gone, out in the marketplace buying things for their diner, and had no idea of the incident. Nothing huge was stolen, unless you count a bit of their confidence. Ever since, Lucius's parents refuse to leave the house unless somebody is there to watch it. Lucius disagrees, but refuses to tell them, for he isn't quite sure what to think.
