Third Person, First Person, Says, Thinks
He had to admit that his cousin wasn't doing all that poorly. Coming out with a score of six wasn't exactly impressive, but seeing as the top score only came out to nine it wasn't as though he had been completely blown out of the water. Someith grin wolfishly at the television as a loud 'crack' boomed in the cavern on the screen. The District twelve boy had struck the boy from Eight a hard blow that seemed to have broken a bone in his leg. It was amusing to see the sudden change in the boy's pace, and watch as Jay sliced forward.
He tutted as his cousin landed only a light blow, but let it slide because perhaps the change in momentum had thrown his cousin off. "After the money your parents spent on that training, surely you could have done better than that." He tisked as the light went out, waiting for the switch to infrared cameras in order to see what was going on once more. The Capitolites were a little slow on that front, but it seemed not to matter as the whole fight seemed to have frozen when that happened, each shape stiff with fear or surprise. Fools, your light will not come back. Just kill each other, this is boring. It was trivial to watch the whole day, but he had decided to offer his cousin the chance to surprise him.
I was beginning to regret my decision, for there were much better things I might have spent my time at. The image of a certain red-haired girl brought a somewhat softer, but no less threatening of a smile to my face. I knew that if I had chose more wisely I could have enjoyed the darkness in my own way.
It was bothersome to him that he was instead stuck here watching as nothing happened. In a moments decision he changed from idle to motion, springing up like a feline before stalking out. For him it had felt like an eternity, but to anyone else it would have been mere seconds. Stillness was the embodiment of boredom, and Someith never did well with being bored. He was out the door and on his way to find something of interest even before the next blow was struck.
