So I know for people in district twelve that they can't enter the mines until they are eighteen. However, could their be a job for a seventeen year old or you know younger age than eighteen to Be one of the people that moves the coal from the mine to a Capitol shipping(training more like it) station? I am just curious cause I thought it would be an interesting job for one of my new characters.

We try to be pretty flexible about what happens in the districts, to give you lots of leeway to develop your characters. I think the job that you've described for under-18ers sounds very reasonable. Go for it ^^
