Being the type of girl who cares about her looks, Sophie spends a lot of time trying to make herself look good. Her long, majestic, dark blond hair goes down to her shoulders with not a hair out of place. Her small ears hide behind the hair almost unseen by people. One of Sophie's more noticeable features are her mysterious dark brown eyes. She would call them the part of her face that the boys "die for". Her bright pink lips are the gateway to her perfectly straightened teeth, which almost seem to shine a bright white.
Sophie is a very short young lady for her age. Standing slightly over five feet tall, most people in her age group can tower over her. Physically, Sophie is a very weak person. Her arms are almost like noodles in the sense that they can barely lift anything that weights a lot. Sophie really couldn't care less though because she could just convince a guy to do it for her. Because of Sophie's hight, her legs are also on the shorter side making her not the faster runner in the district.
Personality:
Sophie can be very shallow and full of herself. Throughout her life, she was used to guys complementing her looks and doing things for her. This made her feel as if she could get anything by just snapping her fingers. This makes rejection a very heart breaking reality to her. She can't stand to hear the word no coming out of anybody's mouth, and she makes this very clear. Sophie is the type of person who would get easily irritated by this and will act irrationally out of her own anger. Her looks may be an advantage for her, but it has a dark downside.
Sophie has some brains under all of the beauty. In school she is one of the smartest girls in her class. This intelligence has made her skillful in the art of manipulation. She understands that her looks are her strength. Sophie knows that all she has to do is be flirty with a guy and she will have them in her pocket. Although, when this doesn't work, she once again will go into that irritated phase of anger. This is probably her biggest weakness because she will always do things she will later regret. Other than this, Sophie is a manipulator.
Sophie's sense of humor lights up any room she is in, if her smile hasn't already done so. She will laugh at pretty much anything the slightest bit funny. This may annoy some people, but she sees no problem with finding things funny because Sophie believes there is no point in life unless you make it fun. Sophie genuinely cares about her close friends and family. There is nothing she wouldn't be willing to do for them. But for people that somehow got onto Sophie's bad side have signed there own death warrant because of her anger issues.
History
Sophie was born 17 years ago in District 8 to a loving family. She had a mother, father, brother (Jeremiah), and a sister (Julie). As the youngest of her family her parents always gave her special attention over the other two siblings. This made Jeremiah and Julie very jealous of Sophie's special treatment from her parents. Her siblings would constantly team up against her on every decision, every game, or anything that they were all involved in. Sophie always wanted to obtain her siblings approval, but could never accomplish her goals.
When Sophie turned 11, Jeremiah went to protest more peacekeepers coming to District 8 with a bunch of his friends. Sophie foolishly fallowed him to the rally expecting nothing to go wrong. When she got to the rally she secretly watched her brother and all of his friends throw rocks and stones at the peacekeepers that were trying to calm the crowd. The peacekeepers then open fired upon the civilians killing many. Jeremiah fought back against the peacekeepers but was shot in the chest and feel to the ground where he soon died. Sophie ran out towards Jeremiah to see if he had survived. One of Jeremiah's friends though, recognized her and stopped her, before she could get herself killed, and brought her home.
The loss of Jeremiah destroyed the family. For a long time Sophie could never get the image of her brother getting shot, out of her head. When Sophie reveled to her family that she was there when Jeremiah died, Julie began to despise her for not doing anything to help. The relationship between the two sisters is still shatters to this day. All Sophie wants now is approval from others because she could not get the approval form ether of her siblings.
